Great food and great customer service!

This is our new go to place for middle eastern. We always get the meat combo. None of the meats are dry and everything is flavorful including the salad.

Regarding the customer service, the workers are super polite which is very welcoming.

Our recent experience won me over though: I had asked for no almonds on the rice because my son is allergic. Just before we went to pick up the food I got a call from the shop asking if the no almonds was due to allergy. They had mistakenly put almonds on the rice and wanted to make sure if it was ok or not to just remove it. I had said yes it was allergy and they happily remade the rice without almonds. This was huge because if they had just taken it off but it had already contacted the rice, the result would not have been good. I thanked them and they said they take allergies very seriously, which coming from a parent is super important.

They even gifted us some baklava for the inconvenience.

They are super generous! And make sure the order is exactly how it was ordered! I ordered the fattoush (thankfully, it's not premade, so I DONT HAVE TO WORRY about cucumbers being picked out of the salad and finding peices of them still inside) extra dressing means extra dressing! Thankyou! The sandwich.... worth every penny! I got it w no lettuce, as that's not how an original tawook is made. But woah, they are generous with the portions! It's by no means small or has just a couple pieces of chicken. .. this thing is overstuffed! And I appreciate it 😌 🙏 I asked for extra pickle and extra garlic.... and that is what I received! Usually, when you ask for extra... you end up with just the regular amount. They are efficient and busy. Extremely clean and organized 👌 👏 🙌 there might be a slight wait, which is more than fine. They are busy... even in the morning. Will definitely eat here more often as I'm in the ann Arbor area at least once a week. I really do appreciate the effort put into what they do here 💯 very fairly...

Decided to try this for lunch since the reviews were pretty good. The staff was friendly and courteous when I picked up my food. When I got back to work with my lunch, the tawook sandwich had lettuce & tomato on it. & the fries were not cooked through. I had to wait additional time for my fries, and they still are clearly not cooked thru. Nothing like other pictures shown. I called and while she was nice about it, she questioned me. Claimed the fries were "brown" when she took them out. Clearly by the pic below, they are not. She also said their menu at the restaurant says it comes with lettuce & tomato - I called in an order from their menu online, and it does not state that. (Which I explained)They also claim fries are homemade - they're frozen, in a bag - I watched them put them in the fryer. She finally offered to replace the meal next time I come in, but I'm not sure I'll be back. Also, the reviews about overuse of garlic sauce is correct. Way too much for a menu that says "touch of...
