A TRUE review of a horrible first time experience. I was in town for work purposes, and was looking for a place to grab coffee and take a zoom call. I frequent the ceremony in Baltimore and figured this should be a solid choice. WRONG.
First, the service was poor. The two young ladies at the register did not greet or welcome me upon entering. One seemed irritated to even answer my questions. Second, the very first question I asked, was is there Wi-Fi because I SPECIFICALLY came in to take a work call. I was told yes. After I bought food and sat down, I could not connect to Wi-Fi. I went back up to the register, for one of the ladies to admit they had been having issues with the Wi-Fi for WEEKS. Yet, they failed to mention this, and were perfectly fine taking my money. With 20 minutes to go on my call, I am scrambling to find a new location to work from. Third, the place is TINY, extremely loud, with barely any seating. All of the tables were covered in food crumbs and coffee stains.

When I first heard about Ceremony about 6 years ago, I thought it would be cool to pay more for my coffee and support a local business. But when I tried it, I realized that the coffee was actually great. I've been buying my beans for pourover (I like the Ethiopians) and espresso (Mass Appeal) ever since. My wife loves trying their seasonal lattes, and they are always kind to my dog when I bring him...

Many other coffee shops in the D.C.-Baltimore area brew their beans. It's from this location that they roast all of their beans.
My little family stopped in on a Sunday morning while on our way to Rehoboth Beach. The space is well designed with a large garage door that opens during warmer weather. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
Their coffee menu is always on point with several seasonal drinks throughout the year. My wife ordered a decaf latte and I a vanilla latte. Both came out well balanced and creamy.
They also sell a few pastries and...
