My family and I dined in on Monday evening (8/10/24). We were in town for vacation, and it was our last night out before returning home. We waited several minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. We were brought out an appetizer that was "on the house" by someone else, which was cold and not fresh. I am not sure if it is complimentary to every table, or if we were given that due to no one acknowledging us for several minutes. Upon ordering, our server did not seem to know the menu well at all. Our party started off with ordering bruschetta (appetizer), and for entrees we ordered grandma's pizza, lasagna bolognese, grilled calamari, and chicken fettuccini Alfredo with mushrooms. Since the server wasn't confident answering my questions about the pasta dishes, it led me to request the chicken fettuccini alfredo with mushrooms, which wasn't on the menu, but I was told it could be ordered. Unfortunately, the bruschetta came out only about a minute prior to our entrees hitting the table. I'm not sure why this happened, perhaps our server keyed everything in at once. Regardless, it would have been nice to enjoy our appetizers several minutes before our entrees arrived. We were all extremely disappointed with our entrees. Each dish was VERY bland and lacked flavor. I had even requested a side of truffle oil, which I was charged $5 for, thinking it may help. Our server was not attentive and came by only once while we were eating, which led my husband to get up and find salt and pepper on his own. We were never asked how anything tasted during our meal, and we were left with empty glasses. I was also very surprised to see that my pasta dish was $35, + $5 for the truffle oil. Much more expensive than any of the other pasta dishes on the menu that didn't contain seafood! If it would have been delicious, I wouldn't have minded paying that. We come from an Italian family, so we know good Italian food, and this was...

Went in for lunch and service was absolutely horrible. We were promptly seated and then the promptness STOPPED! The waiter can around about 10 minutes later to grab our drink orders and then disappeared. He was gone so long that tables that were seated after us were already receiving their food. We asked for the waiter and still he did not return. Another person had to come and take our order after several request. After placing our orders we sat and waited and waited. Keep in mind that we were all seated approximately 12:10pm. At 1:08 we asked AGAIN where was our food. A waitress said, it on its way out right now. 10 minutes later no food. We asked again, told the same thing but this time around the food came out a few minutes later. I had ordered french onion soup as an appetizer. The soup found its way to me about 45/50 minutes after I order it.

Several of us ordered sandwiches and fries while others ordered sandwiches and side salads. When we received our orders I informed the waitress I order fries. She said they were out of fries and made me a salad😱. I kindly informed her I did not want a salad. She said oh ok put my plate down and walked away.

We all had to eat so fast that it was not enjoyable. Several people boxed up their food because we had to get back. My sandwich and salad sat on the table untouched. After I saw my incorrect order was not going to be address, I paid my tab, pack up my food and vowed never to return again. This has got to be by far the worst dining experience.

This place is overpriced and service SUCKS. There was no apology for the horrible service or long wait from management who continually walk right by us and made no effort to address our wait. The final straw for me was the 25% guartity that was added to the bill and not earned. ...

I eat out a lot. I explore various restaurants and cuisines. Most of them are in the middle to high-end range. With that said, I generally have high expectations of restaurants that think they are "the place to go." This isn't the first time I have been to this restaurant, so I was seriously disappointed in my experience from the service to the food. As for the atmosphere, you might like it if you like loud, obnoxious people at the bar waiting for their table and getting drunk as time passes (some waited too long). Well, despite that, I had a reservation and was sested promptly. Customers arriving later waited longer and longer. I thought it was a fluke until I waited nearly 2 hours for my dinner to be served. The kitchen was terribly backed up, and dinners came out like a slow drip. After getting antsy, I asked why people who arrived later than me were getting their meals first. The waiter said that appetizers/salads were ready to be served and the main courses were being prepared as soon as they could get to them. Finally, when my meal was served, the simple pasta dish arrived barely warm. When I pointed it out, my meal was returned to the kitchen to be heated back up. It was a bit awkward as I sat without my meal as the person accompanying me ate alone. After my dinner was returned to the table, the waiter indicated that he had generously ensured a fresh meatball was added to my pasta dinner as an offering to appease me. Lucky me. The dish was pretty good when I finally got it back just in time to get it boxed up to take home. Definitely, this restaurant has some internal assessment of their operatikns to do. It was NOT a good experience for me - maybe you will be lucky and have a better time and meal than I did or just go...

Went here Friday at 7 PM with no reservation. I went to the front where a gentleman was sitting at a customer table next to the host desk. I walked over to the bar to ask the bartender where we could sit. When I turned around, that same gentleman was now standing at the host table. He asked, “How may I help you?” Honestly, he should have gotten up and greeted me when I first arrived at the table. No big deal. We sat down. It’s a nice place. We got Bridgette as our server. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked if they had anchovies, which they did. I was never told that the anchovies were the dry kind typically used for pizza, not the fresh ones normally served on a salad. The salad was also over-sauced. I removed the anchovies and did not eat them. One of my friends ordered pasta, and my other friend did as well. When the food came out, one of the pastas had bacon in it, and he does not eat bacon. When the server came back, he politely asked if he could get another one without bacon. She responded, “You didn’t see that on the menu?” He apologized and asked again nicely. My other friend said, “It’s not a big deal. I’ll pay for it and take it to go.” Later, we asked for two boxes to go. She brought only one and walked off. When my friend mentioned it, she asked, “Why?” His plate was covered with a napkin because there was a fly around the table since we were sitting outside. She stood there holding the box, questioning why he would need one. When he lifted the napkin, she sarcastically said, “Oh, I didn’t know your food was under a napkin,” and then made another smart remark.

Wow! Full review later... I will say this: I had the organic spinach salad and the risotto con carne. Fresh, tender, perfection are the words that come to mind. 💋 A Must Try! If I only had a place to chill out and relax at... Breakfast was even more interesting. I still have leftovers for lunch. Comfort is an understatement. I keep coming back! Whether it's a slice, an appetizer, and/or an entree everything is very fresh, savory and tasty. I get more carry out due to my work schedule! The organic spinach salad (with grilled chicken) is my absolute favorite. I like the option of the half portion, which is still a decent portion for leftovers. I absolutely love the dressing that comes with it. You can't find that anywhere! The chicken parm is out of this world! So are the meatballs and the lasagna. Compliments go to the female bartender with the blonde hair. I apologize, I forgot your name and meant to write this way earlier. Haven't exactly had a day off in about 7-8 months. ***Treated myself last night to a glass of merlot, spinach salad, and the Penne Pasticcio. 😘*** P-I-Z-Z-A 🙌 ... And stopped by last night for some Papparadelle Bolognese (saucy, little chunks of meat, and just right) and a nice glass of red wine by recommendation. Learned some interesting facts about wine from their ever so gracious Host. Had a great small conversation with my neighbor's table. The place was jumping. Loved it! I ate my leftovers for breakfast.
