CHEESE COVERED BOX 4-Lunch? Just left Arby's on McClellan Blvd in Anniston Alabama.. At lunch time, I ordered a Beef-n-Cheddar and Pecan Chicken sandwich through the drive through. The lady told me that the pecan chicken will take 5-10 minutes to be ready because it has to be mixed up. I decided to park, walk inside and wait. While waiting, other customers in line were attempting to order the pecan chicken sandwich and the attendant behind the register told other customers that wait time would be 15-20 minutes. ??????.. its lunch time!!!!!!.. why is this happening at LUNCH TIME?? poor management?... why are people being told different wait times??. FINALLY received my order, got home and to my SUPRISE opened the box to see the cheddar was placed on top of the bun!!. The pecan chicken was dry, & tasteless and it wasn't made the way I requested it!.. I dont understand what has happened to the service and quality of the food at Arby's. This will be my last visit at this location! I paid 13.00 for 2 sandwiches. Way too much hassle and disappointment!!

Lady made with tartar sauce then wiped it off and tried to cover it with cheese sauce. Had I not seen her do it and insisted it be remade, I would’ve had to use my Epi-pen and could have wound up in the hospital. Completely unacceptable! Absolute bottom of the barrel staff with absolutely ZERO interest in customer service. One of the worst locations I’ve ever had the misfortune to frequent. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!

I love their beef n cheddar roast beef sandwiches. They have a deal where you get any slider, a fry and drinks for $1.00 a piece from 2pm-5pm everyday. It's a great deal and the food is good and served hot 95% of the time. The employee's are also friendly, it's a good place to eat.

Morning/afternoon shift does great. The evening shift is rude, serves cold fries. Ordered a chicken sandwich and only got the buns, no chicken. I felt deceived, since Arby's claims to have the meats. Had me feeling like they gave me an impossible chicken sandwich.

I had to drive another 20 minutes back, handed them the bag and they looked at me like it's my fault when I told her I got a chicken sandwich with no chicken. I was handed a bag back with the chicken sandwich, which I checked as I drove off only to find my fries werent in there. I had to park and go into the location and was asked if I ordered the Arbynator. I looked at her confused because I had just spoke to her at the window less than 5 minutes ago. I proceeded to ask for fries because she took back the original fries she gave me and didn't give them back. She said "technically we're only supposed to replace...." I let her know she took my fries I originally paid for and didn't give them back. Needless to say after almost an hour drive I got my chicken sandwich and got some fresh hot fries.

If you're looking to try the new impossible chicken sandwich and the winter time fries, drop in during the night...

WELL WELL.... THIS ARBYS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST UNORGANIZED PLACE EVER .NOONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.THEY MESS UP LOTS OF ORDERS AND WHEN THEY ARE TOLD OR ITS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY GET MAD AND SAY RUDE AND HATEFUL THINGS TO THE CUSTOMER .I WAS IN THERE 2 MONTHS AGO WHEN ONE OF THE CASHIERS WAS ACTUALLY TRING TO FIGHT THE CUSTOMER OVER AN ORDER SHE MESSED UP .CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT .BUT THAT DOESNT SEEM TO BE THERE POLICY AT THIS STORE ..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ...AND BAD TEAM WORK ...THE MANAGER ON THE AFTERNOON SHIFT WAS ACTUALLY GREAT WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND WITH HER EMPLOYESS THE DAY THE INSIDENT HAPPENED I REFERED TO EARLIER .SO GREAT JOB TO HER ..THE OTHERS SERIOUSLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER AND LEARN TO WORK AS A TEAM ...I HOPE THINGS START TO COME TOGETHER SOON !!
