Today was my second time visiting Fullmelt Coffee and though I didn't think the service could be better than the first time, it was! Even though they are currently drive through only right now, my experience was extremely genuine and personal. I asked what the flavor shot options were and the lady taking my order listed them all and shared how someone recently tried the huckleberry and how much they loved it so I decided to give it a try - so good! The gentleman at the window is so kind and I love how he makes conversation that just feels like a small town coffee shop. He gave my kiddos suckers and gave me a "participation trophy" chocolate prize for the trivia question (even though I got it wrong and he even tried to prompt me to guess again 😅). None of the menu boards were turned on so you have to look through the menu at the kiosk.
We ordered two different waffle/drink combos. (Pick waffle get matching drink)
The drinks were not as pictured and were clearly made wrong. The waffles were also not as pictured and clearly made wrong as well.
I’m only posting 1 photo of a drink but I promise they both looked exactly the same even though they are entirely different drinks.
The waffles are frozen and taste terrible. The toaster (a literal toaster) only defrosts the waffle to room temperature.
There’s nowhere to sit so you have to stand there awkwardly while the staff fumble around.
It was clear that the employees had received very little training which is unfortunate and not their fault.

Read moreI've been here 3 times. Their drinks are good, but the reason for the 2 stars is that the staff is TOO chatty. All 3 times, my drink has taken over 5 minutes to complete and the staff keeps asking me questions and does not stop even if I don't engage. It's overwhelming. The other reason I give the 2 stars is because if they don't have something they say "we switched vendors and it hasn't come in yet". This happened 2 of the 3 times. I also feel like they weren't ready to open but opened anyways so they don't have everything that they are supposed to. During one chatty visit, they were asking me what kinds of things I would want to see offered, don't have me the impression that they don't have a full plan in place. I really want to like and support a small, local business but I can't handle waiting an average of 7-8 min for 1 drink and being badgered relentlessly...
