This used to be my go-to-bou, not anymore. I will drive right by and go to the one on round lake and bunker. (It is SO much better at making drinks, consistancy, friendly more often than not, and remember to enter my number for perks, AND mention when I have one to use! ) This Ramsey location is lacking so much on customer service and lack care for their product which you can tell in their product. (Drink cups given out covered in spilled drink they didn't care to wipe off, drinks filled less than 3/4 full, forgetting to add/change ingredients upon request. Taking forever to hand out/start drinks. Once in a while, okay, but every single time for the past year? That's negligence and lacking passion.) Then there is the employees yelling at their children in the lobby instead of taking/making your order, happened on more than one occasion. Just plain rude employees ruin it for the truly good ones at this location. I know it's hard to run a business, and find quality employees, but there are good ones out there... at other locations, so I don't okow why this location is lacking so much. Read moreI am done going here, this location is a Stain on the Caribou brand. Poorly managed, which results is even worse employee interaction with customers. I’ve never gone thru a coffee drive thru and wait 15+ minutes for a basic coffee, this has happened multiple times, and there is only 2-3 cars in front. They are not consistent with the drinks, it’s a toss up if you get what you ordered. I’ve ordered mochas with no whip, guess what, there’s whip. I’ve ordered plain old black coffee, not too complicated right? Nope, I’ve received coffee with cream in it, don’t even ask for them to add a little bit of ice so it’s not so hot, they have no idea. I quit going to this location in the mornings as I drive by on my way to work. Read moreI’ve been coming here very often & never really had a bad experience other than today. I went through the drive through & ordered normally what I get, a coffee & sandwich. They didn’t have any sandwich item from the menu but that didn’t really bother me. I subbed it out for a bagel. I got my things after waiting for about 5-7 minutes for them to defrost my bagel and pulled off. I went to eat it less than 3 minutes later because I don’t live far. The iced coffee was luke warm , the bagel wasn’t even cut down the middle . Now I’m not saying they’re supposed to but I just found it strange.
Now I’m not completely saying that this place is terrible, I’ve been coming to this exact location for awhile & this is the only bad experience I’ve had. I just wish to see this improved...
