Get the pie and forget the rest. I bought treats for my staff. This place has great reviews. They didn't have much at 11 am on a Thursday but I picked out several different treats. The cashier was delightful and welcoming. The key lime pie was the highlight for my staff. Perfectly tart and creamy and as you can see from the photo, it went pretty fast. Would 10/10 buy again. The cinnamon rolls were very good. Soft and with a great flavor. The pineapple upside down cake had a great flavor but the cake was dry. Sadly, I will never buy cupcakes from here again. They looked delicious but as you can see from the photo, no-one could get the wrapper off in one swoop. They had to peel it off in pieces. The Oreo cupcakes themselves were chewy and I guess the frosting had a weird texture. Would I go here again? Absolutely...

Excellent little bakery that also has some very tasty, Southern inspired soups and sandwiches. Haven't had an authentic Muffuletta in years and was quite surprised to see it on the menu! Olive Salad is delicious packs a good bit of heat and tasty olive oil. Very generous amount of Italian deli Mortadella and Salami. Only wish the wonderfully chewy Ciabatta bun would jave been toasted as the bread was cold. Loved the Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake cup but, the Key Lime is positively ADDICTING! Make sure to also grab a couple of cookies to go on your way out. Bet they won't make it to your car! Will make it a point to stop back whenever we're in Anoka. Thanks for the Herban Wolf tip! As luck would have it, Ginny Bites was the first place we stopped when we explored the Anoka downtown before deciding to buy a house nearby this Spring. We received a warm welcome to the community and the shop has become a favorite regular stop for us.

Friendly service including amazing local recommendations (Herban Wolf pickleback pasta salad!!!!), downtown Anoka lore, and current events are always readily shared.

Once we finally decide what today's impulse buy might be, the staff always delivers our treat with a smile. We've stopped in for dessert (divine molasses and chocolate chip cookies), a snack (zucchini brownie), and to find a great pass around for an unexpected invite.
