Legacy Lounge — Restaurant in Ansonia

Ordered here multiple times. The first time we got wings and many other items. The wings were decent. The garlic parm were bussin. Everything else fell short. So we’ve stuck with wings on our future orders and they seem to be cooked differently every time we get them. This last time I ordered through Uber I got wings. Order went through and after 20 mins the order was cancelled. So I called asking why. No answer. Mind you it’s a Saturday night at 9pm. When it was listed as open on Uber and Google said kitchen was open until 1am. When I went back to the Uber app they had took it off. IMO it shouldn’t have been listed in the first place. Pay more attention to detail. So your customers don’t sit around waiting thinking they’re going to get food. Also be more consistent with your food. Rude and incompetent staff, even worse food and drink. Possibly, no, it is, the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Nothing is clean, especially not the money. Would highly recommend the health department shut this place down for good. All the positive reviews are from friends of the owner and staff. Ignore them all. Worst part is there is an apartment complex right above it, so no doubt those poor people are getting zero sleep.

I have never been to this place but I joust ordered their food. It was a grave mistake. I got the yams which taste like nutmeg chutney and the baked mac n cheese lacked cheese and proper baking. I mean yams are not even that hard to miss. The quesadilla I also ordered was probably disappointedly the best part as I would give that a 2.5 out of 5. The yams and mac both get a 0.5 out of 5.
