I drive the I-10 frequently and I stop by this McDonald's pretty regularly. For whatever reason it seems like whenever I order food I sit for a very long time. Generally though after I order my food customer after customer orders and receives thier food and walks away and I'm still standing there wondering what's going on. I don't ever say anything I just grab my food and I leave. Today was no different as I watched five customers after me order their food walk up receive it and walk away. today obviously I was annoyed when the lady asked me what my number was so I started to express my displeasure in how many customers had been coming up and she snapped with an attitude at me. Completely uncalled for. Her job is customer service. I have been a regular customer and I had reached my point of frustration and in no way was I rude or spoke foul language, I was simply stating the facts and she decides that it's her job to cop an attitude with the customer. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for regardless. Maybe this McDonald's has forgot that the customer is always right. Had I've been out of line somehow or been rude or use foul language I can understand maybe copping an attitude but that was not the case. As I said I have visited many times and had the same level of service for whatever reason and today I chose to speak up and got snapped at by a rude McDonald's employee, she then commenced to tell me that she had just arrived , well that's fine and all but I'm not your manager and I don't work there and I don't need to know your work schedule that's completely irrelevant. This is not how a restaurant should treat their customers regardless of whatever that employee may be feeling. If you can't deal with customers than maybe you need to find another job. This is the last straw as I will not come back to this McDonald's if they cannot treat a customer with respect. Expressing my displeasure with the service in a dignified way does not mean I deserve to be treated poorly by your staff. Read moreI have visited many McDonald's and this is the worst one ever! I had previous bad experiences here but the last one was like the cherry on top. My significant other and myself stopped by drive thru and since they kept advertising about the free meal for healthcare workers, we asked for one ( we are both healthcare workers, but decided to ask for one meal). The drive thru person (who seemed like a manager) gave us an attitude since we asked for it, he made us drive to the first window and when we got there and we showed a work ID with a picture, place of work and everything, he said that we needed to be wearing scrubs to get the meal. He made us feel as if we were begging for food or something. We left it alone at that point and a few days later when we visited the other McDonald's in Anthony drive thru for something else, in which by the way, we always get really good service, we asked to see what was the rule about the free meal, they politely served the meal to us even though we were not wearing scrubs , with the ID they even gave us a brochure thanking the healthcare workers. Read moreI came from Denver Colorado & so everytime I come to visit My Dad comes & drinks Coffee with his old friends , so I decided to come with him , so then I ordered A meal & after A while My Dad goes whats going on with your order so I said I don't know but I been waiting for about 25min -30min & I kept seeing about 15-20 cars go thu the Drive Thru & still no Breakfast Meal , so finally I asked an employee can I have my Money back so he said ok the MNG has to come and give it to me , so again I Waited for about 15min and I said to the employee so now I have to wait for another 20min to get A refund couse I noticed that the MNG kept ignoring me she kept getting the Drive Thru Customers & she was the same girl that took my order from me until the employee finally said I will go ahead & give the money back so he turned around and told her what he was going to do & her expretion was like what ever .. She didn't even try to get me too keep my meal or do something about it no apology or anything I've never had A Very Bad experience like this in McDonald's ..
