I came in today to about 3:30 p.m. June 2nd 2024 to pick up a GrubHub order, and was continually ignored by the store manager. One of the workers in the back called out to her and said his order is ready and she still ignored it. Finally I spoke up, and asked her if I could have my order. She rudely grabbed the bags slammed them on the counter told me how busy she was with other orders, that came in after I got there. I told her how unprofessional she was, and she began to berate me. I made my way out of the store telling her to shut up. She chased me out the door into my car and began an even worse verbal onslaught at me. Personal attacks that had nothing to do with her poor conduct in the restaurant, just an emotionally detached angry woman who should not be representing the Burger King brand in any way shape or form. Much less a manager.. I'm 57 years old, and I've never seen such an erratic disrespectful emotionally detached display of craziness from an employee of any restaurant. Eg. She doesn't need to be fired, she must be fired. Her behavior was so far beyond acceptable, that there isn't a shred of excuse Under the Sun for it. It's obvious this manager, and I use that title loosely, has several issues prior to mine in the reviews. If I see her continued employment, I'm going to contact Burger King corporate, and inform them of everything I listed here. I also made GrubHub aware of it. Read moreWe took the kids for a late lunch at 2pm on 1/8/23. They staffed greeted us Upon entry, what you would normally expect. We learned that the WHOLE night crew had called off and the store was short staffed (learned by walking into a empty store and the staff could be heard talking about it) Not an issue for the crew that was there. I wish I was able to chat each of their names. They were all geared towards making sure our experience was not effected by the inconvenience of their fellow coworkers calling off.
I told them I'm very sorry to hear about the call offs. I use to be a store manager so I know that pain. But this crew is definitely fit to handle it and a breath of fresh air for the antioch community. If only every customer service place, if it be walmart, here, or elsewhere handle the situation as wonderfully as this crew did. We would be the best ever community. There's a lot to be learned from this crew and if I see them in this store again, I'll know I'm in for a great experience.

No one should get priority. Stick to a first com first serve basis. Person in the Grey vehicle was able to start eating his food and he was served before the person that waited in line.
While the older gentleman marked by the number one, sat and waited.
Pumping out orders in order to meet numbers does not excuse the fact of having cold food ( that's dangerous if not fatal).
The 9$ impossible whopper was cold. While the 2$ tacos 🌮 were hot 🔥.
After being asked to wait 4 -5 minutes and then watching 3 vehicles gets served while I was waiting ( for what I thought was going to be extremely hot food ) I was deeply disappointed.
I do not recommend this location.
