Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Antioch

May 2022 - The complaint this time is the atmosphere. 1) The AC is turned up so high, one needs to where a jacket inside. 2) The awful & inappropriate music is turned up so loud, that one can't communicate with those sitting at their table without yelling. Please get new management for this Taco Bell.

It also took more the 20minutues for the food to be prepared. I would have prepared it faster if I prepared it from scratch at home.

March 2022 -This taco bell is going to go out of business if they don't start filling orders correctly. Blue raspberry freezie was made as a red strawberry freezie. Nacho cheese dorito loco cheesy gordita crunch, was made as a regular nacho cheese dorito loco (twice, even their attempt to remake it, came out just as wrong as the 1st). Finally, an order of cinnamon twist was completely over looked.

They did correct their mistakes, even if it took multiple attempts to get it right... but, how much waste or free food are they having to give away, just because one or 2 employees can't...

As I approached Taco Bell in Antioch on route 173 March 21 Saturday night around 7:30 PM central time; driving through the drive-through approaching the speaker. This very RUDE poor customer service, sassy attitude employee (Tory) approached me by “yelling” at me through the speaker correcting me on and frozen beverage I was incorrect about. She didn’t have to correct me with such a sassy attitude. And turned around and had the Audacity to deny my order. because I told her she should have better customer service. “Tory” has VERY!!! Bad customer service. Tory Shouldn’t have a job if she’s going to treat her customers with such terrible bad, poor customer service. I didn’t appreciate this at all. Tory is making Taco Bell look VERY bad. A “higher authority” needs to do something about this ASAP!!. I will never return back to this Taco Bell location ever again. thanks to Tory. Worst...

This is the second time I order through the kiosk and my order is still incorrect.

I ordered my Mexican pizza with extra cheese, (which is .60 extra) they don’t add it on. I asked for easy pizza sauce they put extra on it. I asked for no tomato but they put it on my food anyway, and I asked for easy beans and again they put the normal amount. The tacos came with more lettuce than it did with both the meat and cheese put together. It was more a lettuce taco than anything. I’m paying extra for add ons they don’t give me. $13 plus for food that wasn’t made correctly and didn’t taste good.

Not sure what they don’t get but it should be simple enough to understand, especially when it is in plain English. The staff doesn’t really acknowledge you when you walk in but they are not rude when they give you your order. I think I will stick to the one in Lindenhurst, they are...
