Barro's Pizza — Restaurant in Apache Junction

Last visit at this location, they just can’t seem to get it together. Was excited about them opening but has been nothing but disappointment. Between uncooked crust rude employees, and sanitation is definitely not a concern of there’s. Where’s the training where’s the manager? That’s the past visits but tonight I ordered a dine in I was asked is that ok to put in a box I asked why I am eating it there, then the employee started arguing with me that it is easier for them. Well why did you ask?? Anyways said no on a platter. Well 20mins they tell me more like 40 and I think it was sitting in a box for awhile and it was given in a box. While there waiting I watched an employee hang up the phone sneeze twice in there hand grab a pizza box and gave it to the customer. Never washed hands!! They where cleaning tables with the same towel they were whipping the seats where people sit then whipping the tables. Then throw the rang back down grab again and go whipe other seats and tables. Never rinsed the towel. Yes I ate the pizza but did not enjoy due to not knowing how sanitary they are in the kitchen. So just one slice. Quite a few complaints in reviews no responses and no change. Must say though there was one employee and only one that was running the front. Pretty impressive but still not being very sanitary. Not sure what the other employees where doing....

I ordered the pizza and a 2 liter of pepsi over their mobile app i arrived in 30 minutes as the app told me when I got there the place was dead my pizza was not done The girl behind the register told me that it was being cut it would be 2 minutes 5 minutes later she came out and told me that it had to go back in the oven 15 minutes after that the pizza finally came out while I sat there for 20 minutes she greeted and thanked any customers that came and wished them a good night she gave me my stuff and just turned her back and walked away... Guilty much... The thing about this was that she lied straight to my face more than once about it that night and this was not the first time this has happened with the same girl behind the cash register she could have just had the balls to tell me they forgot to cook the pizza. I will not be putting my money into this place again I will be going back to Pizza Hut I would not suggest going here if you want your pizza on time and if you don't want some little girl behind the cash register lying to your face which she is very bad at...

On my way home, from Frys grocery store in Apache Junction, I saw "Jesus" waking in the direction of Barros. I have seen him in there a few times having lunch, so I thought I would buy him a gift card..... Well...Unfortunately, the manager "Brandon", along with the young lady who answered the phone, denied my request. When I asked why I couldn't purchase a gift card for him, she replied verbatim, "Because he smells". I was very confused by this and asked her to confirm if he actually had money to purchase food and she was denying him service, and she said "yes" they were denying him service "because he smells and he chooses to live the way that he does." And that she was also denying all future gift card requests to purchase for him. Feel how you do, but this is absolutely sickening behavior as far as I'm concerned. Especially considering, I have sat next to this man myself. I will not be giving Barros any more of my business until Brandon and his little...
