Purchased 2 kid's meals with a horchata drink as an upgrade and charge for it(didn't have any problem with paying a small fee extra for it). 2 hours later purchased 1 more kid's meal and asked for horchata and was told they don't do that there. I stated I just did it 2 hours ago, she stated they no longer do that, it had to be a soft drink. I instructed the cashier that I then want to purchase a medium horchata on the side then and they can keep their kid's soft drink. She failed to ask if I was done with my order and gave me my total. I let her know I wasn't done and finished my order. Once I was done ordering and pulled forward, I was then told by the cashier that is not their policy at all and the cashier was reprimanded by her manager for allowing me to order horchata 2 hours earlier. I let her know the Filibertos on Signal Butte always does it and she quickly told me that it's a different franchise. I was then given a very dirty look from what looked like the manager in the back of her standing at the counter. I felt it very unprofessional of her as well as her not being the one to come and tell me that was not their policy and left it up to the cashier to inform me. I have worked 6+ years in the fast-food industry and Customer Service Industry and have always known to never treat a customer in such a way. For me to spend $20 on this order then almost $50 2 hours earlier to be treated that way is ludicrous. I will not be returning to this location ever again as I only felt it convenient since it was so close to my home and looked so brand new and nice. I will continue to purchase my kid's meals with horchata upgrades from the Filiberto's on Signal Butte as I have been doing for the past 6+ years and/or the Erikberto's on Meridian as they have the kid's drink upgrade option for horchata. Have heard nothing but bad reviews from the community since the open date and not I see why, rude staff, poor food quality(carne asada fries weren't good), and poor...

Instead of getting consistently bad food here, drive the extra half mile down the road to Los Favoritos, or go to the Filbertos at Signal Butte. You won't regret it. I have to add mine to the long list of bad reviews of this location. It's the closest one to me, so I keep going back expecting something different, but they never fail to disappoint. I asked for tacos with extra cheese, and they charged me for extra cheese, but instead gave me tacos with no cheese.
It's impressive how they manage to be consistently inept.
It's on me, because I've gone back there out of convenience. From now on I'll drive the extra two miles down the road to the good Filiberto's in AJ at...
Read moreWe usually love this place, but this visit was the worst yet.. the employee running the drive thru that took our order was making no sense at all, he sounded intoxicated and even asked me if I “wanted cheese and sour cream my 2 liquors..”very nice lady at the window, I asked if she would repeat my order just incase, we were missing an item so she added it, I paid, got home and still was missing that item plus some and was given a random container of meat that looked raw. When I called and asked to speak with a manager about a partial refund, the guy on the phone handed the phone to another guy and told him to pretend to be the manager. The other gentleman got on the phone and was honest in his position, that he was not in management, and still offered help. I went in to get a partial refund and still was not refunded the proper amount for the missing and incorrect item. Sadly, we will probably not...
