We went there today and had a terrible experience. Ordered Chicken Majestic and their “special” mung dosa (Pesarattu) — both $12.99 each — and neither was good.
The dosa came out in 10 minutes, not even warm.
The chicken took 25 minutes to arrive (by then my beer was gone), and it was overly salty, drenched in cream, and just plain bad. Honestly, Chicken 65 would have been a better option.
To make things worse, the place was nearly empty (just us and one other table), and the same guy who we thought was a customer ended up delivering our food without saying a word. Clearly, they were just testing out multiple dishes for themselves while paying zero attention to customers.
When we mentioned the chicken was too salty and creamy (after leaving most of it untouched), the response was a casual “ok” — no apology, no effort, nothing. Instead, they kept chatting in their local language and ignored feedback completely.
I’m convinced the glowing reviews are either paid or internal. With the number of good food trucks in RTP, people should think twice before wasting money here. At this rate, I honestly don’t see this place lasting more...

Read moreI ordered three appetizers from the Desi Vibez food truck — Chicken 65, Chicken Pakoda, and Gobi Manchurian — and this was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. None of the items were even close to edible. The Chicken Pakoda had sesame seeds mixed in, which makes absolutely no sense for this dish. The Chicken 65 was poorly made and tasted nothing like how it’s supposed to. The Gobi Manchurian was equally disappointing.
All three items ended up in the trash. Total waste of money.
I would never recommend this place. Next time I’d rather eat at a proper restaurant than take a chance on food trucks ....
