Starbucks — Restaurant in Apex

I have been to the drive through at pine plaza, Cary around 7:50PM and ordered venti Java chip frappe with 2 extra espresso shots. They gave me my order and when I tasted it and it was plain like Double chic. Chip. there was no taste of espresso and when I asked the barista they were rude to say they did and sounded as if I was lying. I said to take a new order they confirmed if I would pay for it and I said yes. They went in stayed a couple of minutes came back and said they were out of espresso. I guessed it when they gave me and argued with me on the first order. I’m an almost everyday customer and can easily say the taste just by a sip and at times it goes off I agree but never saw barista bluff so and argue with the customer. I would have been happy if they said the truth that they ran out of espresso and cancelled my order which was just 1 of 5 orders placed. I am really disappointed and will never go...

I've been here a couple times now or more, notice that when they get busy it's easy for them to forget or incorrectly complete orders. You may have to remind them of details such as tall versus grande or one item versus another. Tables needed some attention, not sure if it's because of the high turnover of people using the benches and tables or if the people making the drinks and food are not able to get to cleaning off the surfaces. Saving Grace for this places usually the taste of the beverage, but if the person is either too busy doesn't know how to properly mix it or doesn't care adding extra espresso to a flavor drink me result today muted or tasteless...

As your typical Starbucks, the atmosphere was on par with any other Starbucks in the country, but the service was subpar and the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. I waited almost 15 minutes for a latte even though they weren't that busy (one car in the drive through, nobody in-line inside), and had 6 employees on duty. Three of them were standing and talking, while the other 3 were working the drive through or making a drink. The drink wasn’t that great either. The beauty of Starbucks is that you can get the same drink, made in the same way anywhere but I could tell the soy milk was under-frothed and it tasted like only one shot of espresso...
