Ordered pizza on 2/28. I used the dominoes app as I always do. Order was placed and finalized at 7:24pm. While I was watching the tracker, it said my pizza went into the oven about 15min later. It came out 10-15 minutes after that. And then sat there for 35min before attempting to be delivered. The food came 30+ minutes later than the highest estimated delivery time. When the food was received, my pasta bowl was mildly warm, grease was pouring out of he corners of the box, the box was soaked through on the bottom. When I sat it on the table, the grease/oil was so thick, the table was covered in it. I pulled out the pasta bowl and noticed that if i turned it upside down, the pasta almost stayed in the bowl. If it were hot, I’m sure it would have fell right out. Not when it’s been sitting for the past hour. We couldn’t consume the pasta bowl. Even the pasta started getting hard on the ends. I then checked the chicken bacon ranch sub. It was also mildly warm and inedible do to that fact. All I could taste was ranch dressing. There were hardly any chicken or bacon on the sandwich and it was plain gross. So, I left the medium pizza to the wife and kids. They literally only consumed 4 small square pieces. Between three people I might add. I decided to give it a try since they weren’t going to eat it and I was obviously hungry. Talk about cardboard!! Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever tried. First time we got the thin crust. Which most pizza places thin crust = crunchy. Not this dominoes!!! It was luke warm, chewy, greasy and literally tasted like the box it came in. It tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for too long in the box and it made it literally taste like the box. We’ve made plenty of orders from this location. We won’t be anymore. The two stars are for the driver as he’s always pleasant. He also apologized for the delay without word from me so they know they were delivering inferior product. I tried calling the store. After I was put on hold for 8 minutes I hang up. I called back pretending to make an order and they were able to take that order right away. That’s when I came to read the reviews and see the treatment of customer complaints. You’ve lost a customer who orders at least once a month from your location. You even know that, look at the records. Sorry, not sorry. This location needs customer...
Read moreLiterally I can eat Dominos at least once a week and it doesn't have to be the specific location but this location is about 5 minutes from my home... A few weeks ago I came in after I had placed an order my order was ready but I noticed that the person who was preparing the dough had a big dirty trash bin sitting right next to the stool he was sitting on preparing the dough which was really close to where the pizzas were being prepared and sitting on top of the trash can he had the silver oven tray with about six rolls up balls of dough and on top of the dough was a wet crumbled up napkin as if someone had washed their hands and just tossed the napkin on top of the dough... I asked the cashier if he could take the dough off of the trash can and take the dirty napkin off of the dough... And the cashier responded that the trash can was clean because nothing dirty had been thrown in there today... the young man then cash me out and thanks me for my business... As I stood there he asked me if there was anything else he could do for me and I said yes I will not be leaving until you take the dog off of the dirty trash can and remove that nasty napkin off of it... He walked over and moved the pan of dough onto the counter top in threw the napkin into the trash can... when I left the trash bin was still next to the dough preparer.. hopefully they didn't wait till I left to put the tray back on top of the trash bin.... Other than that situation My experience here has been perfect my pizza is always done right and it's always...
Read moreAdriana was incredibly rude. My order indicated that the pizza was ready, so I arrived on time to pick it up. I was already pressed for time, as I only had a 15-minute break between business calls. Upon arriving, I was informed that the pizza had fallen, and they needed to make a new one. I asked how long it would take, given my limited time, and a polite gentleman estimated about 10 minutes. I acknowledged the accident and understood, but I mentioned that I needed to get back to my shop, which is just three doors down, by 12:15 as my meeting was resuming.
I simply asked due to the inconvenience if it would be possible for them to walk the pizza over, given the circumstances, since it was such a short distance. The gentleman went to check, and I believe it was Adriana who responded. She smirked, made a face, and firmly said no. This left me inconvenienced for a second time. It wasn’t my fault that the pizza fell, and now I was going to be late for my business call because of their mistake. What’s more frustrating is that I wasn’t asking for much just for them to walk it over three doors over due to the inconvenience. Adriana’s dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to accommodate, despite their error, was unprofessional and extremely...
