First time trying Soulicious Vegan Kitchen and we were blown away! I got my husband the Hot Honey Chick’n Sandwich combo, and that fried mushroom “chick’n” was packed with flavor—crispy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. Came with my friend and she had eaten at the sister restaurant. Tried the vegan fried chicken sliders. They were delicious. Had the corn and Mac and cheese sides. These were just ok. The corn was a little salty, and Mac and cheese was a little dry. I recognize that this is a vegan restaurant which I believe was great for a vegan restaurant. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The food is AMAZING! I got the hit chick’s sliders with a side of Mac and cheese and collard greens. This is the best vegan Mac and cheese I’ve EVER had, the sliders were delicious, and the portions of that and the collard greens were surprising. I will be back and will try something new.
