What I paid for the service you’ve provided will never amount to what you’ve given back to me 🥺.

Here’s a little back story …

Fast forward to Friday, March 1, 2024 at 4:12am I woke up to my phone plugged into a wall charger to a completed dead unit. I initially thought, maybe it’s my Apple charger so I attempted 4 other Apple chargers that morning and countless troubleshooting and nothing worked. Immediately I began to panic as a business owner, full-time student and the countless hats I wear I could not imagine a life without a phone and the clients that would not be able to reach me on top of the endless responsibilities bestowed upon me.

I immediately cleared out my entire calendar and scheduled an Apple Store appointment.

Made it to my Apple Store appointment only to ironically get the same exact Apple Advisor in 2023 that told me he was afraid to conduct a hard reset on my phone and to purchase another phone. I caught him up on the issues I was experiencing and how they progressed overtime and reminded him of the last time we met in 2023 so he strips my phone of its case and proceed with the Apple diagnostic machine. Within 1 minute of doing so he proceeds to tell me, “The phone is telling me it is not turning back on”.

Completely shocked in utter disbelief I said “excuse me? What?” He responds, “Yeah, sorry there’s nothing we can do. You will have to purchase a new iphone.” I was completely devastated by this news as I spent an entire day after clearing my schedule at Apple only to had been given this response and no solution to the problem at hand.

The very next day Saturday, March 2, 2024 I contacted my computer technician Tim at “Tim Can Fix It” in Orlando to see if he could assist and he immediately referred me to Vlad who he could not stop raving about and stated, “There’s truly no other person I’d trust” and held Vladimir to a high esteem. I immediately contacted Vlad after and traveled over half an hour to see him. Within one hour of being there Vlad asked what was more important which for me was my data. However, after much diagnoses Vlad returned to me saying he had good news and bad news.

Good news was that he can get the phone to turn back on and up and working again. The bad news was that he is truly sorry but in order to do so it would require a full restore as the issue with the phone was the battery. The original battery on the phone had gotten so bad it damaged the motherboard on the device causing all the issues I’d been experiencing with the device. Upon approving the service proposal I stepped away and returned once contacted for the completion of the service.

What transpired next is something that would change my life forever …

I walked in and not only noticed my original Home Screen but I could hardly recognize my phone 😔. Not only did Vladimir FIX my phone, get it to turn back on but you guys 🥹 … He managed to do all of this while RESTORING ALL OF MY DATA! 😩 AND replaced my screen protector to make my phone look brand new at no additional charge 😭.

I had an iCloud backup but unfortunately some of the most important things I needed that contained valuable and priceless information in my notes was only to saved in my phone and never to iCloud. Thousands of notes in 8+ years.

I can’t bring to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for you Vladimir and the existence of your company, Cell Bros.

If you made it this far, thank you. There’s truly no other place I’d go or refer anyone I know to get their device serviced. I think it’s safe to say I will never return to apple for another service appointment again.

Please please please do not go here. I’ve never been talked to with such disrespect in my life. I brought in my phone To get the screen fixed and the next day I realized that my phone was acting worse than it was. Before he even worked on my phone I let him know that I did not live nowhere near the area that I was on vacation and he advised That it wouldn’t be a problem that we would find a solution whether I mail it in we will figure it out. So that made me feel very confident using their services. So I call them up and explain my issues that I’m having that I didn’t have before I brought my phone to them for their services. He instantly turned Defensive and blamed me telling me that it’s my fault I must’ve done something. It’s like everything changed and all of a sudden he couldn’t help me that I had to bring my phone in not mail it in after we had already had this conversation about me living nowhere near there. Now remember my phone only had a cracked screen. After I got my phone back from “Cell Bros” only half my screen huworked so something happened internally when he put the new screen on. He also added that I would have to be charged for what ever was wrong with the phone. WHY WHEN IM NOT THE ONE THAT BROKE IT. Please stay clear of this place don’t get scammed like me. He was such a sweet heart when I was in the store but on the phone was so rude wouldn’t even let me get a word in pretty much made me feel like I was a liar and he swore my phone was having that problem because of some thing I did when clearly it was him that must of messed it up. I didn't want to write this review because they usually do a good job with their work. But the other day on Tuesday I took my iPad to get just the glass fixed, they fixed the glass but I wasn't able to pick it up the next day. I then started to use it and noticed the brighter spots on my iPad and It wasn't responsive. I took it back yesterday which was Thursday (12/7/17) I picked it up today (12/8/17) to hear what they had to say about my iPad. They told me because my iPad was bent the LCD screen bent as well thats why it was touching the glass and not being responsive. I said okay thanks for letting me know, they gave me a quote of how much it would be which was ($135+ tax) they said the reason why it was so expensive is because I have to buy the glass again which I already purchased for the price of ($95.85) and the lcd screen. Which the technician was the one who broke the glass in the first place. I find it ridicules that they want me to purchase the glass again!! What business does that and has no remorse in...
