A gem in Florida — Propagate Social House did not disappoint.
I visited with my daughter Aniyah and two of my goddaughters, and everything from the food to the vibe was exactly what I needed. I ordered the Lox Sandwich — smoked salmon, house-made cream cheese, and arugula — and let me just say, it was perfect. Flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. My daughter had the avocado toast, which was just as impressive — beautifully prepared and so filling she couldn’t finish it.
My goddaughters, who are both younger, ordered the croissants with cheese and apple juice, and they were all smiles. We sat inside, and after lunch we entertained the girls with a couple of their in-house games — a Disney movie matching card game was a hit and made the experience even more special.
Shoutout to Maddie and Shelby, our servers, who went above and beyond. They helped with everything — from recommendations (which all hit the mark) to the drinks and food. I ended up trying two smoothies — my daughter had the Green Machine, and I went for the Golden Milk (I love a good turmeric smoothie) — both were on point.
There was a small hiccup when my smoothie was accidentally thrown out while I was in the restroom. I happened to notice Ella (the owner) nearby — she wasn’t even working at Propagate that day but was at a different spot across the street. I mentioned it briefly, and without hesitation, she made a quick call and had a complimentary replacement ready for me. Meanwhile, Maddie and Shelby also offered to remake it with no problem. That kind of hospitality and care goes a long way — especially as a fellow business owner, I recognize when a team genuinely cares.
Propagate Social House has heart, great food, and people who go the extra mile. I’m thankful for the experience and absolutely recommend this place. They made us feel welcome, full, and...
Read moreI don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially for local spots, but I felt like I needed to share my recent experience. I’ve lived in Apopka most of my life and had been excited to try this place ever since it opened it looks cozy, welcoming, and pet-friendly, which made me even more eager to make it a regular hangout with my dog. Unfortunately, my first visit left me disappointed. When we arrived, there were two staff members working, but neither acknowledged me for a while. Eventually, one said she’d be with me shortly, which I totally understood things get busy. However, it wasn’t until another customer came behind me that she decided to take my order. I placed an order for three drinks and three sandwiches. The food came out in a reasonable time, and I’ll say the sandwiches were really good. But we only received two of the three drinks. After waiting, I sent my sister in to check on the third one. The response she got from the staff was rude and dismissive she said it’s still being worked on. No big deal, we continued to wait. We eventually finished our food and I still didn’t have my drink. we were ready to leave, I went inside to ask for my drink to-go instead. only to be told that I never ordered a third drink. That kind of miscommunication happens I would’ve been okay with it if it had just been addressed honestly when my sister had went to ask Instead of rudely saying it was still being made, they could’ve let us know it wasn’t in the system and we could’ve paid for another one on the spot. I had really high hopes for this place, and I wanted to love it. I appreciate the pet friendly vibe and the food was genuinely good, but the service left a lot to be desired. Sadly, I won’t be recommending it based on...
Read moreImportant note: we only tried the cookies here, not any beverage options. We bought every flavor you see depicted on the sign. Cookies were large and all prepared identically (meaning the texture was identical so baking times and temps are on point). Most flavors are extremely sweet. Flavors that were "normal sweet" were considered the best by our family. Even flavors that were super sweet were very good, just too sweet to eat in one sitting. We bought around 10 cookies for maybe 25 dollars? Good deal economically. No 4 star rating as business has no mechanism for describing the cookie flavors until you reach the counter for ordering. (1 of the reasons we just bought the whole lot) We waited in line only as a result of everyone asking what the cookie names translated to in flavor. No 5 star rating as beverages were not tried. Our guess is 4 stars would have clicked if beverages were tried, 5 if there weren't ordering issues. If you're local, definitely give...
