Requested to speak with a manager over an issue with an employee convincing me i was buying a product i had in the past. The boxes were very similar hence my hesitation. Upon opening after i got to my car because the guy didnt even open the pack in store to see if it worked, i realized it was not the right one like he dad said. Once i realized i turned back to return the product he said no refunds only exchanges. Had he just told me they no longer had the product i would've been fine and kept moving. That was all i had came for. He did not instead he told me the products were the same even when i asked about the difference in chemicals. Since he works in the smoke shop obviously i trusted what he said. Since he couldn't give a refund for the product i asked to speak with a manager. He said to call back next day and they would be available. I called the next day was told by a very sweet girl they were not in but i could call the following day. Called the following day and was told no manager was available to speak to me but the girl i was on the phone with was able to put me on hold to ask them questions. Manager couldn't be bothered to take the time for my call or to hear me out as to why i was upset. Do your research before you buy because in my experience i was told whatever so they could get the sale. Only one staff member in the store who wasn't wearing a mask and was pushy. Tried to stop me from getting the 30 sticks of incense I paid for until she remembered I did indeed pay for all 30 in addition to the other items totalling over 50$.

Also, placing a single hand in the glass counter while crouched down to look in the display and keep ones balance at the same time does not and will not damage it. Therefore snapping at your paying customers to remove their hand from the glass is only rude.

I would advise the owner to keep a better eye on their staff as when I was leaving a friend of the employee showed up and appeared to be getting some freebies.

I tend to frequent a few different shops amongst my travels to and from work. I decided randomly to stop in and give this location a try. I have to say, I am extremely impressed. This is by far the best business model I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. I don’t go to those other smoke shops anymore. This is my main one now. Whatever you guys are doing, don’t stop. A lot of happy people in the area...
