This location is seriously the worst ever. I've had multiple issues with this location and I've continued to give it the benefit of the doubt because of the day and the diff employees. But they always get my order wrong and I would say 2 of 10 times are when I've actually received a receipt for what I had just purchased. But I overlooked the issues because this location is the closest from my house. But after tonight after going through yet ANOTHER huge issue with Ashley, the shift supervisor my friends, family and myself will no longer I repeat no longer giving this so called establishment our money. My fiance and I came in through the drive through tonight and ordered one $5 meal deal and wasn't even given our total at the intercom and once we pulled up a younger looking gentlemen came to the window told me my total was $5.81, and my response was, could you tell as to why I was in the drive thru for about 15-20mins for one box, he rolls his eyes, turns around and snobby like tells ASHLEY, she has a question. She started to handle things somewhAt professionally and even offered to throw in a drink, mind you the box already comes with a drink so, no I'm ok on the drink I asked if she could throw in some More fries or something she complied and said ok. So once she takes my money, I'm given no receipt ONCE AGAIN, and handed a BAG... ok. So I proceeded to drive off and asked my fianće like wait that's the box? And plus she didn't give us our drink. So we pulled around to the front and was waiting there for a little while and the bun delivery guy was there, he couldn't assist us in anyway so we continued to wait, and just as I decided to go back in the drive thru here comes ASHLEY telling me oh I know what the problem was, supposedly the gentlemen who took your order never put into the computer so it didn't get made.. ?!??!?! What?!?@? From there proceed to ask what i had ordered!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?! You, ASHLEY were the one I spoke to on the intercom, you, ASHLEY were the one who "took" my order. I ordered the meal deal box with the spicy chicken plain only pickles and a coke light ice!! We were handed a famous star with cheese and a medium fry. I was just so appalled at this moment I just wanted my money back, she rudely asked if that's what I preferred, uhmm what you think?!?! Duhh?!?! She rolls her eyes, leaves and comes back with $5.25, excuse me you charged me, $5.81, she again rudely and just with a ugly face says no I charged you $5.23, uhmm no actually you didn't, then I must have just pissed her off, she just says ughh!! Well let me go get your .80cents. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! This is your SHIFT SUPERVISOR??? She apparently needs customer service 101 and to get FIRED!!!!!!!!. She had no right to speak to me in that manner, when she's holding the position she is. She clearly can not handle or fulfill the duties of any type of supervising with how unprofessional she handled this situation. I will let it be known to whoever it needs to be known because this type of behavior, this issue could have, should have been prevented. Her other excuse was that there were only 3 of them working at the time, why is it that on a SATURDAY night they only had 3 employees schduled?? Meaning 2 regular employees and 1 "SHIFT SUPERVISOR " knowing that the weekend is the busiest for most fast food joints... my guess is just as good as y'alls.. Read moreI went through the drive thru Saturday, 2/27/21 at around 4:30pm. Just so the people that work there know which customer I was, I ordered a Super Star with cheese combo and a Double Western Cheeseburger combo with drinks. The girl who took my order was really nice and the when I got to the window the guy that took my money was also very nice. But, it was the girl who gave me my food that I had an issue with. Unfortunately I was not given a receipt and I didn't get the girl's name, but she handed me my bag with the food in it, and started to close the window. I told her I hadn't got my drinks yet and instead of saying "I'm sorry, let me get them for you", she was very rude and snapped back and in a very snotty tone of voice said, " I didn't know...I just got here!" She did hand me my drinks after that, but she was so snotty, that I don't know if I'll ever go back to that Carl's Jr. or not. She didn't have to be so snotty. If she had just got there, imagine how much worse she would get as the night wore on. It's bad enough that things are the way they are nowadays, but when you go through the drive thru to get food, you expect to be treated with respect, and this girl doesn't know how to be respectful. Read moreI was very impressed this trip through the drive-thru because the cashier, whose name was Elena, not only was patient enough to answer my questions about the various types of hamburger patties that were showing up on the menu but she actually knew the answers to my questions and it was very refreshing because usually whenever I ask a question about a menu item at a fast food place I don't get an answer or I am met with somebody having a very impatient attitude so if management is reading this review please give your two young ladies working this evening some extra praise and maybe a raise or a bonus because they did a great job food was prepared perfectly and they helped me make a decision which otherwise I would have probably not known what to order and I do appreciate it customer service is very important and good customer service will definitely bring people back I would go so far as to say it's almost more important than the food itself I would return somewhere with not the best food if the customer service was great and that's true however in this case the burger was...
