Del Taco — Restaurant in Apple Valley

The staffs are not friendly, professional, responsive, and efficient at this location. I walked in to order around 11:15 AM today. I wanted a Chicken Bacon and Guacamole Salad, 1 large ice-tea, and a little donut pack (4 in 1 pack). But the girl took my order was too slow, and she still could not get what I wanted though I told her more than five times. Until a Hispanic lady walked by and asked me again, the girl finally got it. However, the Chicken Bacon and Guacamole Salad is missing guacamole and chicken. I see some thin slices of meat, but I cannot tell if those tiny slices of meat are chicken. I never order from Del Taco, and today is the first time I order from Del Taco. I would rather order from Taco Bell, because the staffs are very friendly, efficient, professional, and responsive. I've been going to del taco my whole life at many different locations and this is the first time I've been unhappy with my experience. My food was barely warm so I took it back to be remade. No apology, no "I'll bring it to you when it's ready". I had to wait 5 minutes at least for it to be remade and the chicken was still barely warm. The beans were warmer, the rice was not warm. Also the fries we got had obviously been sitting for awhile, barely warm. My concern is that if my food was made fresh and not hot, there is an issue with proper food holding temps which could lead to people getting sick. Hopefully none of my family gets sick because we all had meat. As we were sitting there eating, someone spilled ice on the floor and it was still there when we left, waiting for someone to slip and fall on it. Worst I had them remake my order and still they slapped the food together. first toppings meat, cheese, lettuce not in the tortilla. No tomatoes order the new stuffed quesadilla taco because I ordered one for lunch earlier at the del taco on bear valley and I Ave was really good, but this restaurant make not ever want to go there again. Never again will I go there for anything I will drive to the bear valley location or Navajo location. Total of 12 messed up tacos and the manager gonna say we can remake them you just remade it and no difference. Not toasted at all. They are quesadilla tacos they suppose to be toasted. YES give me my money back. Remade the tacos at home and did not have enough meat as I told them nor lettuce. Waste of time at that place. Don’t go there go to another location .
