I would have given them 10 stars if I could & if I wouldn't have went back just recently because everytime I've come here it was fantastic the food was very tasty it seemed almost like it got better with each visit however about a week ago I ordered ahead & picked up my food on the way home the pork crispy dumplings were absolutely delicious however the ramen soup with braised pork belly was not at all the great super tasty deliciousness that was it's former glory & I was really jonesing for that in particular the closest I found close to me that I could get any kind of ramen soup the kind of like maybe a tiny bit was like the ramen soup you can get at Legoland $12 a bowl but it's to die for and can't find it except at Legoland devastating but they really dropped the ball this time I don't know maybe different employees maybe they just didn't make very good soup that day I'm not sure I'm sure I will go back and I'll be able to add the other two stars because I have never had a bad experience before until I recently went in there it wasn't bad per se the soup I wanted really bad was not up to par other than that they have an A+ on everything else customer service, time spent waiting for your order, & their cuisine always delicious like their watermelon I think it's a watermelon smoothie or slushy I don't know but it's so fresh & tastes only like the watermelon it's made with which is fresh & seems to be perfectly ripe yum & I would recommend them...

I have absolutely fallen in love with our Teahouse here in Apple Valley. It is an absolute hidden gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My favorite drink is the Brown Tiger Boba Tea. I know everyone has their preference when it comes to the tenderness of their Boba but as far as I’m concerned the Boba here is perfection. I have also had the strawberry banana smoothie and it was incredibly fresh. The seasonal Watermelon Slushy is a must try. Not only do I love it but it has been a Godsend for my father who has a terminal illness and often suffers from dehydration. This does not taste artificial in the least and he can actually get more of this slushy beverage down than water.

As far as food the ramen we have tried and miso soup have been amazing. My personal favorite is the Veggie Ramen. I have never eaten food inside we have always ordered and picked it up. By the way online ordering system is great! They package their soups incredibly well. I have purchased soups in the past from other locations placed in styrofoam containers and by the time I get home I have a huge mess. The Teahouse packages their soup to go the best way I have ever experienced. Their packaging containers are excellent, they will hold, and bonus they refrigerate well. My husband was concerned an order of miso soup wouldn’t fill him up but he was pleasantly surprised. By the way Pork Dumplings also get an A+. We can’t wait to try more and...

So!!!! Food and customer service are worth 5 stars but it was just an unfortunate day(I think) to be my first time here. Read on.. As a vegan I've been wanting to go here since I've moved to the H.D. and I finally went. It was a cold day so I wanted ramen/noodle soup. I asked the woman on the counter if tofu ramen was vegan and she said the only thing non vegan was egg and she can take it off.i said perfect, she also assured me it was better that the noodle soup. The food came looking and tasting like BOMB. The quantity is really good. I couldn't be happier. Until I found a bug in it. I'm not the person who will send anything back so I contemplated for a second and then said something. They, without a second question told me they will replace my half eaten ramen. Mind you it was closing time and I felt super bad. So I told them I'll take it to go (call me crazy but ramen is not the same to go but it was what it was). They confirmed that I had shoyu tofu and I said yes, it was vegan and 'no egg'. The to-go bag came. They apologized once again and I said it was okay and left. I came home to find a big ol egg in my box lol. I understand it was closing but...... So overall, the food is bomb and fresh, customer service is 5 stars. Just a unfortunate day to be my first time haha. Usually non vegan stuff in my vegan meals annoy me a lot but the fact I'm laughing should be a good indicator how good...

Hands down one of the best places to eat up here. Very yummy with a plethora of different drinks and food items to choose from. I've been going there since about a month after it opened. I always get sushi, a side salad and a menu item. One of my favorites is the chicken curry and the chicken chow mein. The poke bowls are a toothsome treat as well. Get a drink stamp card and buy so many drinks and get one free. Very refreshing and Leo that works there is absolutely wonderful, he really knows what to offer you based on a few questions. As I was new to the reasturant and didn't know to much about organics and the fusion aspect of it. Oh and when you have a cold or not feeling well I would recommend the hot black ginger tea . Fixed me right up. Thanks to the team and cooks there that are always welcoming and smiling. You have a great place.

Ordered the potstickers and got these. They were dry, barely warm, and tasted horrible. When we took them back the lady said they were crispy ones? I didn't order crispy ones nor was I asked if I wanted them crispy, the menu says the dumplings have the crispy option not the potstickers so why I got these I don't know. I thought I'd give them another try because I ordered a dumpling soup back in April and it tasted like toilet water and that's what these tasted like. I used to order the potstickers all the time, even back before they had the other half of the restaurant, and they were always delicious. Sadly this will be my last time going.
