My three-hour visit with Mary was fantastic! I came to Apple Valley in November of 1946 at age 6 after my mother, Betsy, married John Barry, editor and publisher of the then-"Victor Press" newspaper. Sharing stories with Mary was most delightful. She really knows the history of the Valley.
