Starbucks — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I have now had my one and only really bad visit and customer service was non-existent today I didn't get all of my order in the Drive-Thru and I had also ordered online another item that I had to go in and pick up it took them 35 minutes after messing up and not giving me my stuff to even try to get it right then the girl that helped me was super rude when I came back in to see if it was ready and they had figured it out she completely ignored me and another girl just went and found my order and then oh here you go my cookies were not warmed up like I had asked for them to be they were cold to the touch my grilled cheese sandwich was barely warm and my pumpkin muffin stuck to the wrapper cause it was burnt on the bottom and they were rude to top it all off so instead of taking and trying to turn the whole situation around and make it a positive they pushed it further and further into the negative I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lack of them caring whether or not I was happy or satisfied they were extremely rude and dismissive like they had better things to do that they couldn't help a customer and try to make it positive that's really sad they really dropped the ball worst Starbucks...

Love this Starbucks. They are always fast, courteous, kind and patient. I love the customer service I always get here.

I have to watch my carb intake. I notice even though the ingredients might seem low carb on the ingredients breakdown they are always higher than one would expect. So be careful if that's somthing you need to watch out for.

I remember Mc Donalds as a kid, nothing could compare! We alwaus begged for Mc Donalds. I always believed tbey put magical ingredients in it. I feel the same way about Starbucks. No coffee is better! Maybe the secret addictive ingredients are covert carbohydrates! Just saying💗

I found using the app saves me alot of money. Almost the fifth cup is free when I use my app consistently. That means alwaus paying with your app and checking specials daily. And be careful because your rewards can expire.

I also found thier drinks have tons of caffeine and sugar in them. I can't drink one of their normal coffees with out getting the shakes.

I love the passion teas. If you order of the menu like the way it is you will get tons of sugar. If you are avoiding sugar, ask for all of your drinks sugar free. If not you will get a high...

My husband and daughter went tonight at 953 pm to buy gift cards for valentine's day since tomorrow is the last day of school before vday. The speaker was broke so the sign said please order at the window. They pulled to the window.. Nobody came. Lights were on, nobody came. After waiting over 5 mins, my husband honked. Nobody came. He finally started honking like crazy and it still took 2 mins for someone to come to the window. The entire night crew was then visible as they mouthed to my husband that they were closed. It was now 10:02. They treated him so rudely when he told them all he wanted to do was buy gift cards. They spelled the word "closed" out with their finger as if he was stupid. I'm disgusted by the way he was treated and I will be calling corporate to complain. I will also be taking my business elsewhere. Sadly, the workers thought he was going to make them dirty their equipment for one last drink when they obviously closed up early. They purposely made him wait until after 10 so they could turn him away and ruin my daughters valentine's day. Integrity is obviously not a requirement to work...
