Love the fun stories on the wall that go with their funny sandwich names. But really we go because the sandwiches are delicious! And if you sign up for their rewards, you get a $5 off coupon for every $50 you spend. I love the Girf (turkey, ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato & mayo). My kids love the Boney Billy (turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo). My husband goes for different things. Last time, it was the Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches are all 8-inch except for the kids' meal 4-inch. They have an assortment of store-brand potato chips (don't expect to find Cheetos or Doritos), a soda machine, and a few delectable cookies/bars to round out your meal. Messes up the order a third of the time. Won’t even refund. Their customer service is horrible. The driver had to come 3 TIMES before because they screwed up my order that many times. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a disappointment. Only reason I order is because my boss likes the food. Otherwise I wouldn’t order from this location anymore. I have given this Erberts and Gerberts location several chances. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!! Ordered the Quatro, which is what I always order, hardly any Wasabi mayo, which is what makes the sandwich. Hardly any meat either. The Lakeville location is good but the Apple Valley one is TERRIBLE! RIDICULOUS since during this time of Covid standards should elevate NOT diminish.
