We would order pizza just about every weekend from here. Sometimes adding wings, spaghetti, salad, Nick sticks, etc.....always the Nick's special which is a Supreme and a pepperoni puzza..Sometimes adding sausage pizza ....we picked up wings on one occasion they were burnt to the point we couldn't/wouldn't eat them...called to let the manager know as we live a good 7 miles from here...she apologized and that was it...did not offer to replace them..we just let it go..recently we picked up another order of wings..asked for plain, received barbecued....called the manager she said return them. We will replace it with the right order..drove back and returned them...again recently placed an order for spaghetti...got home and the spaghetti was made with fettuccine noodles!...on another spaghetti order we received it with meat sauce and no meatballs....did not order it that way. By this time I had become frustrated and called upset with the manager and explained to her it seems every week something is wrong with the order and we live far away...I requested if she could have the right order brought to us and that was a definite no!..she said you need to bring it back or I can't help you...wich in the past we had done but we were tired of driving back to have them fix their mistake once again!...she actually argued with me over the phone and brought up "well you didn't pick up an order back in August of 2023"!..(due to accident by the way) What!!!!??......she would not even fathom the idea of crediting the item...she was just abstinent and rude in her manner..(just the item, not the order).....Needless to say, we have stopped ordering altogether from Nick's Pizza...the food was good when made properly, but the customer service is absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly donāt leave reviews very often but I couldnāt just let this one go, about a week ago I ordered online⦠for one my order kept getting cancelled so I caved and downloaded the app and order there instead I ordered a fettuccine alfredo pasta with a chicken the chicken was extra so I paid also got bread sticks and a small pizza. I waiting close to an hour went in was greeted and served I wonāt disclose the employees name but he was professional and courteous I ended up talking for a bit and paid for my order I even left a tip at that point I was happy with the service provided. But when my family and I sat down to eat we noticed no chicken in site, I called and the refunded the chicken portion of the order which was reasonable but as we continued to talk he the employee in question said come in and I got you to which I responded to it an awesome Iāll let you know when Iāll be by. A few days ago I called and they found a note stating something about refunding the chicken portion of that order but advised that they would not be covering the meal because I was refunded 4-5 dollars so I went ahead and paid for another order out of pocket( the woman who served me was extremely rude about the whole ordeal) So I asked for the gentlemanās name so I could go when heās was there I finally get ahold Of him only to be told we refunded you the chicken⦠that didnāt included my time and effort and not only that I guess I got you meanās different things to different people. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'll start off by saying that the food tastes good. Although, this time, I was told 20 minutes for my order around 4 in the afternoon while it was dead. Great! I was there 20 minutes later, salivating. I went in and they had to search for my order slip. When they found it somewhere other than where they'd expected, a conversation between them and the make line person ensued. Obviously, I have no idea what they were saying, but I can certainly guess. They came up to charge me for my order, and I asked them if they'd forgotten it. Not being in a hurry, I was understanding, until she told me that it "just hadn't gone in yet." Don't forget it's completely dead. When it finally comes out nearly another 20 minutes later, the cook, who doesn't even know how many sauces you get, rushes it out to me. After all this time waiting, and them not offering a single cent discount for their not putting my order in the oven, I wouldn't have expected to have to beg for my sauce or be treated like they're doing a one-time favor for me by giving me what I paid for, let alone have to let them know they hadn't given it to me. I try to be very polite and didn't make a fuss, as I know they have work to do. I love the food, but I'm really disappointed today. I hope this isn't standard operating procedure there. Own up to your mistakes when you make them and at least try to apologize. That's all I would have liked. Most people don't like when you lie to them. Fortunately, Oggi's is right down the street...
