If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. I placed an order directly on your website. After receiving confirmation saying it would take 2.5 hours to receive my food I wanted to cancel my order. Nowhere on the website allows me to do this. So I called this store.
I spent the next hour (I have call logs) trying to cancel my order. The first dude I talked to said he would try to cancel it and put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes without an answer.
I called back and talked to a woman this time. She said she didnāt see any order under my name. Both employees took my name down.
About another 20 minutes later I receive another email from confirming my order. So I call back. I believe the same lady answered. Again she assured me there was no order in the system and if she saw it she would cancel the order.
Well, about 2 hours after we initially placed the order we receive confirmation that our order was on the way. ETA 15 minutes.
So I start trying to call the store again. No answer. The food is delivered (on time according to the initial order estimate, so I guess thatās a plus). I keep trying to call. FINALLY someone answers.
Not only was my order not canceled as requested, the food we did receive was incorrect and incomplete. We ordered 40 wings. 3 orders with sauce and one with a dry rub. 6 ranches, (you can order up to 2 per order of 10) and 2 celery. All was accurate on the receipt. We did not receive any ranch, any of our veggies, and one of the wing orders did not come sauced!!!! Completely dry! And no, that was not the one with the dry rub.
Thankfully when I did get ahold of someone they offered to refund the order. So I am grateful for the free food, even though it wasnāt what I ordered.
B-dubs has surely gone down the drain over the past several years. Prices go up, portions go down, quality goes down. I will not...

Nothing is Ever ready in a timely manner and they CONSISTENTLY IGNORE CUSTOMERS, Literally standing here being ignored along with another couple, no one has even acknowledged us to say they'll be right with us or anything. Completely ignoring customers.
That's unacceptable, and I will be calling Corporate.
There is absolutely No excuse for this level and lack of professionalism.
How are the orders not even ready on time? You certainly aren't helping customers.
Oh and while we're sitting here I'm watching an employee in view of customers, texting, by the kitchen door. No wonder the service absolutely sucks.
Don't waste your time here, you'll just leave irritated with your time wasted. Even if you managed to get service you'll be here far longer than you want to.
9/5/24 Every single time I stop in here it's something. Usually customers being ignored, particularly 3rd party delivery drivers. Thankfully I can report that this time, that wasn't an issue, Employees were actually Very Attentive to myself and others. Kudos, keep that up!! However.. IDK why.. but the music was incredibly loud... I honestly had a hard time trying to even think much less hear people clearly speak. This is the first time I've ran into this here, so IDK if someone bumped their volume and didn't fix it or what's going on but I'd turn that down a few notches. No one wants to eat or wait with blaring music they weren't planning on. It's loud even for a weekend night, which it isn't.
EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Rediculous. It's 2:30 in the after noon. 3 people are waiting for orders. Took them 8 mins to even ask if we've been helped. A group of customers said their order was supposed to be done 20 mins ago. They are NOT busy. Half of the seating area is completely empty. This is just sad. I expect better from such a...

Ok, I get that, staffing shortages and whatever. Walk in and the only available seating is in the bar area. Not because they are busy, but because they closed the dining area and made you sit at the bar or bar tables. Ok, I can accept that with short staff, you wanna reduce the space covered. But they had at least 2 servers plus a bartender. There were 5 tables seated when we got there. A family of 5, 2 tables of 4, and 2 tables of 2 or 3. Nobody at the bar. We sat at the bar. It was LOUD! The only section they were seating people but you could not have a conversation. Some guys were really into the NBA game, so turning it down wasn't gonna happen. A few minutes later, bartender came behind the bar and asked for our drink order. It was over 10 minutes before she came back to take a food order...Naked chicken strips/fries and a 5 pc tenders and fries. At 817P, she brought one of them. Didn't seem to care that one order was missing. It was 12 minutes later that the lukewarm second order came out. Bartender said that "They put it in a to go box, sorry". it had been sitting in the window. They plated it and served to us after that length of time. Are you kidding me? One here and one to go while two of us are sitting at the bar and ordered together? Nobody asked how our food was, nobody seemed to care.
