🔹Pros- Great customer service, clean open concept, friendly staff, huge selection and tasty smoothies (INCLUDING - vegan options)
My fave is their Green smoothie made with Spinach, kale, pineapple, ginger and lemon- its lightly sweet and tastes amazing!

🔹Cons- I understand this place is a "Chain" but CANT BELIEVE they still use STYROFOAM cups/ containers!!! UNREAL!
I understand this is not the fault of the manager - since its a chain but...Im wondering who owns this establishment and why they are not concerned?
SYROFOAM was banned in California back in 1988 and even in Europe!
Polystyrene foam contains the chemical styrene, which has been linked to cancer, vision and hearing loss, impaired memory and concentration, and nervous system effects…the list goes on.
Chronic exposure (meaning DRINKING out of a Styrofoam cup or eating out of a Styrofoam container on a regular basis) results in severe headaches, fatigue, hearing loss, and disrupted kidney function. UHHH!

Read moreI have been to this place 3 times and each time I’ve had a terrible experience and the workers have a terrible customer service. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with light romaine lettuce today and it was filled with absolutely nothing but 3 pieces of chicken and all lettuce. The workers have a terrible attitude and when I told them what was wrong with it she was laughing at me the entire time didn’t answer questions and it was a very childish interaction and someone who acts that way towards customers in a situation should not be working in the service industry and when I asked for a refund they told me they couldn’t give me a refund and said they would remake it but the I could tell their intentions were not right so I just said I wanted a refund and were still laughing and smiling at me the entire time even when I told them to get their manager on the phone and while I was on the phone with their manager they continued. Even after I got off the phone with their manager she proceeded to raise her voice at me. And they forgot my chips. The manager was the only was who apologized in the situation. Out of the many dozens of times I’ve stopped in to pick up or place an order, there’s only been one or two times I’ve left not feeling frustrated. The fact the ladies couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge a paying customer, say anything in return when saying I say thank you or even simply respond back after I say “have a good day,” is disappointing. There’s one lady on the weekend, who isn’t a rude teenager, who actually provides great customer service. But I’ve only seen her twice. I honestly wouldn’t have previously returned because this place is one of the few in the area that offers healthy options. However, today may have been the last due to today’s experience topping the list as being the worst. Working in customer service for many years previously, I understand how there can be one-off days.
