We had been meaning to try this place out ever since we moved to this side of town, and we are sure glad that we were finally able to. Bottom line, the food is absolutely phenomenal, fresh, and fast. We went during the busy dinner time, and our first impression was that it was very loud in the main dining hall. It was hard to hear one another as we decided what we wanted, but it was an interesting setup. You order at the counter, and they give you a number to set on your table. As we were ordering, we noticed there was outdoor seating available, so we got our order, filled up our sodas, and went outside and found a nice table to sit at. Being close to the highway, there was a lot of car droning in the background, but it was still more peaceful than indoors. We got our food really fast, though. But then we didn't have any plates or napkins. We then found out each table indoors had paper plates and napkins there. It was very self-serve, so I just grabbed some and headed back to our table. We got the cheesy bread appetizer and a Build Your Own pizza with fresh mushrooms, black olives, and arugula. From the first bite to the last, these were absolutely delicious. That cheesy bread is some of the better cheesy bread I've had, and the pizza was really great, too. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust wasn't puffy or burnt. The sauce was really good, and the cheese was melty and cooked to perfection. The sauce cup with the cheesy bread really brought it to the next level. I really enjoyed the food here. If you can deal with the noisier atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. It was affordable for a pizza place, and it met my expectations for quality. We will definitely be returning!

We called into the Appleton location for the first time tonight for pickup & was quite disappointed. We ordered the "Dad's" pizza which was tasteless, with only 3 slices mushrooms on the entire pizza. I also had to stick back in the oven to crisp up the crust. We also ordered the gourmet calzone and we were confused on what we received vs what we ordered. This is the description: "Gourmet Calzone: A Christiano's original - baked with smoked ham, mushrooms, salami, red onions and mozzarella cheese; topped with fresh romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and our signature Italian dressing." The photo attached is what we received. There was only 6 very thin sliced of burned deli ham, 4 small slices of salami, and a few slices of tomato & onion, and a bit of cheese. The other half of the ingredients we're missing. We also asked for them to add marinara sauce, which was not done. All on what looked to be a store bought pizza crust folded in half. We did call the store & they did take off the $12 charge for the calzone which was appreciated, but buyer beware if you order from here for takeout.

Best pizza I've had in a very long time, best I've had in the Valley. My food review is based solely on the pizza alone since as of now, is all I've eaten there but absolutely will not be all that I try. This is the place if you are looking for excellent Italian flavorings and seasonings. I love the way this place is modernized. The atmosphere is quaint, comfortable and the hospitality is exceptional. The ingredients are local and fresh. According to the website, the bread is made from scratch everyday so it's really great to see this family dynamic come together between tossing the pizza dough, loading the toppings and putting into a big beautiful brick oven. We ate out on the patio which is gorgeous with the Edison string lights overhead. The outside window to go up to for additional beverages is very stylish. For sure, this is my go-to pizza (and then some) restaurant. If you are looking for the typical Valley fat doughy grease drenched pizza...this is not it. Classy place and authentic food with a warm atmosphere.

So waiting for the Appleton opening, the worst experience ever. First thing you notice is you stand in line to order you pizza, (we at at he bar the only place you get served) they present you with a cup for self serve soda counter, mmm much like any fast food joint not a classy Italian restaurant. The seating is bad, long tables and a family style dining, so not great for a date or night out where you want to have a private conversation, NOPE! you are elbow to elbow to a stranger and have no desire to get to know. My age might give me away but remember Happy Joe's, ya, without the games, but there is a wall and I don't want to give them any ideas.Sound levels are worse than being in an iron box, families let their kids run free playing with Matchbox cars on the tables and others running like around the place like it a race track, OH! yes screaming also, remember the acoustics, ya, horrid. At the bar there is a small garage door which the opened before our pizza was delivered, nice cool wind blowing in which chilled our dinner in about 30 seconds. Oh!, if you go watch for the wandering pizza delivery people asking if you are Steve or somebody you aren't searching where to deliver the elusive pizza some one ordered in line at the counter and holding a soda cup they had to fill wondering why did I come again. The pizza tastes is great, under-cooked, be sure to order well done and again only 12" is allowed. Take out...
