Starbucks — Restaurant in Appleton

I love Starbucks, but my trip this morning was horrible. I ordered a cheese danish and trenta iced green tea lemonade ahead on the app before I left (I was going to pick it up on my way to school), and it should’ve only taken 5 minutes. I get there and run in, and my danish is ready but no drink. I assumed they must just be finishing up, but I was so wrong. I waited a little while before finally asking if it was being made yet, and the woman alerted another worker and said she would be getting it started for me. So I watched the girl for a while and she still didn’t start my drink. At this point it’s 10 minutes until I’m supposed to be in class for attendance, and my sister, who didn’t order anything, is waiting in the car. I ended up having to go up a second time to get them to finally make my drink! (Which wasn’t easy for me, I might add, because I have real anxiety about things like this). I ended up being like 15 minutes late for school, which counts as an absent, and my sister was really mad at me, so I ended up crying in my car before coming into the remaining part of class.

I understand 100% that they didn’t mean to have such horrible service today, and things happen, but almost every other person who was waiting for their mobile orders had been there for about a half hour like I was. The lady who was walking out at the same time as me was 20 minutes late for work already. It was a horrible start to my day and I hope I’m not coming off as rude- I hate pointless negative feedback, I only wanted to share this so they can work to improve on whatever it was that caused this morning’s fiasco. I cant believe the call i got from my daughter who just was in the drive Thur for a order this morning on 4/15/2025. The girl in the drive thru said your hair is nappy in the back You should brush it!!!!! I mean are you serious!!!! My daughter is a mother of 3 and is stunning!! She was just stopping their for a coffee and going home, as she is a stay at home mom. When she told me this, I couldn't believe it!!!! I then called the store and didn't feel better after talking to a supervisor on duty. He said she was out of town after today so when she gets back he will talk to her. NO fire her now!!! I asked the "supervisor to have the actual manager to call me ASAP. If no call I will be in that store tomorrow. No one should EVER say that to a customer under no circumstances!!! I wanted a gingerbread chai tea and some food after getting a fasting labwork done for my annual. I haven't eaten in 12 hours, so I'm hungry! But I had to pee. So I go inside to this establishment, and immediately someone at the counter tells me there is no public restroom. I said oh ok, no worries, I wanted to get something to eat and drink, I just wanted to run in really quick and pee first. The woman at the counter told me to go to the gas station instead. Um?? So I began to leave, and as I did, I hear another barista at the counter ask the one who spoke to me "what on earth did she ask you?" As if someone coming inside to use the restroom BEFORE ordering is crazy or something? I cannot believe how rude these people were to me for NO reason and needless to say, I will not be returning here. They always mess up my drinks anyways, but like I said, I was hungry and needed to pee. Don't come here, not worth it. There's another much better starbucks not even a mile away on...
