Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Arcadia

My family & I went to the Carl's Jr location that I stated to redeem my coupon to get a small bite to eat. Once we arrived at the drive thru window the gentleman that was ringing up the orders barely looked at the coupon & told us that the buy one, get one free coupon we gave him was ONLY for breakfast sandwiches. Obviously, that was wrong. The coupon CLEARLY stated that it was for breakfast, any burger or sandwich for equal or lesser value. I would've thought he knew that seeing as how he handing out receipts to customers with the SAME offer on the backs. I had to let him know that he was wrong & double check the coupon again. He realized he was wrong but did not apologize for the mistake. After that, he seemed a little irritated but continued helping us. At the time of payment, I let him know that I didn't have the full amount on my initial card & wanted to stretch the payment between 2 credit cards. He told me that was not possible. I didn't understand that because I've worked in fast food establishments before & had to deal with multiple payments with multiple cards before. Nevertheless, we got the payment straightened out by was turned off by his attitude towards me. I normally don't like to report these kinds of incidents but I love Carl's Jr & just wanted someone to know what just took place. The food was decent, definitely not what I've come to expect...

I was there last night Around 10 PM when I arrive both the cook and the cashier were crying because they just got Rob and the really messed up thing was that no one showed up to help they didn’t even answer their phone calls and after 20 minutes of us been there they finally answered them and told them to close the store but first they had it to send them how much money they lost and that’s a really messed up thing because they were both shock and crying I’ve been going to this location since I was 10 years old with my family and a lot of things have happened over the years and this shows that They don’t care about their workers this is the second time something like this has happened And they’ve shown that they don’t care I really hope that the workers suit cars Junior I’m telling my family and everyone that I know that they shouldn’t come to this location it sucks because the workers are...

During lunch at around 12:20 I went down there with my 3 of my friends and we all ordered our food and in the end they got our orders mess up expect for 3 of us and then a worker lady comes up to my friend and takes the extra burger and says "oh we got the orders messed up" not even a sorry or excuse me and my friend then said "what about my large fries" and she says " I'll bring you a small since you already ate the small ones we gave you" . When she came back with his fries, my friend said, "Did you throw away that burger?" and she said "Yes".
