Bonita Skatepark — Attraction in Arcadia

ZERO Stars!! Skate park is discussing. Nice looking surrounding residential area . Do not be fooled. The city of Arcadia should be ashamed though. Dirty , dirty bathrooms. This skatepark is a hang out for people to drink beer and hide out while pot smoking. As well as a few passerby transients, it can get scary. No supervision or park hours enforced. This is very disappointing because this is a small park with a learning center, a jungle gym, and a baseball field wich is affected by the skatepark nuisance. Also please PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOGS! The baseball field is not your dogs personal toilet. By the way the jungle gym looks functional but it is very rundown, badly sun burned, and tagged with obscene drawings. I love the way skateboard kids or adults are into skateboarding I see it empty sometimes and at times full I wish we had Lil Wayne come thru so more people showed up the park has a lot of potential honestly but these days it's disappointing if no star shows up anyone may be on the board but no one will show up much if it's just new commers. Biggest and baddest skatepark in the SGV in my opinion. Believe everyone calls it Arcadia skatepark tho, and not Bonita lol 🤙 Hats off to the city of Arcadia or parks and rec for building and maintaining this Elite level Park and skatepark as well. You’re keeping countless youths in great shape, fulfilled in life, and most importantly out of trouble due to boredom and lack of healthy activities. 🙏 thank you Arcadia city planners and staff.
