I don’t understand how can your staff attitude/ service be so horrible. It’s like their life is not going well and they need to take it out onto the customers.

I came in to grocery shop with my dad, he was paying at the cashier and asked me to go buy some lottery tickets. I went to the lottery ticket counter, the cashier there was chitchatting with other cashiers. I wait for a few minutes, and one cashier came to me and started speaking Chinese to me. I said Idk… She took my cash and went over to a machine, she put the money into the machine and left. Meanwhile she kept accusing me of something. I said: dont talk to me like that. She started screaming something at me in Chinese.

I ended up having to figure out how to use the machine myself because she put my money into the machine and just left.

On my way out, she was standing right by the door. I told her: you are not supposed to treat people like that. Thats not nice. She started screaming with a fist, saying: She’s busy! She can’t help you! It’s faster! It’s faster! You dont listen! It’s faster!

I would like give 1 star if I can, worst store experiences ever I had in my life! Notice someone in front of me grab the Chinese jasmine tea, also the price is 7.98 so I decide grab 2 , when I go check out the wrong price come to the screen before I pay the bill, I ask the cashier what happen and her answer is nothing wrong with price. Meanwhile a lady with purple shirt come to me and I told her one more time what I suffered in the store, which is price doesn’t match with the price board, I request change it and give me the explanation! She act cool and told me I am the first people suffer it and just shut up and chill, they just bring this offer so nobody else over paying this tea, i literally saw a guy grab one and already paid which I guess the wrong price, then the store just correct it and the lady with purple shirt not even come back for an excuse or apologize, wouldn’t come back again, those store are scam, trying to attract people with low price and scan it with higher price, you will paying much more by this way, I guess that’s how their...

Shop here for most of my Asian cooking needs. I like the way they sell their vegetables which have been prepacked in plastic bags. No need to fuzz with picking the veggie and put it in a plastic bags. Unlike other Asian markets, this one has everything I need to cook a wide spectrum of Asian cuisines. I can find lemon grass, Thai basil, tamarinds Au earth, Japanese sake, and most herds. Besides veggies and herds, I can also find fresh seafoods here too. Seafoods are kept in water tanks. Right now fresh dungeons crab is for only $9 a pound and lobster is for $12 a pound. One thing I came here for the most is the fresh rice noodle.
