Located in the food court of The Shops of Santa Anita, so it's easy to find (a small kiosk in at the opposite end of the entrance of the mall) and there is plenty of seating.
There are just one or two people working anytime I visit but it moves quickly as it's just an ice cream stop. I like the creativeness of the flavors but I haven't quite found a flavor I love yet based on the ones that I've tried. My usual is their affogato with vanilla and cocoa powder.
It's great that they make their waffle cones fresh but there is always a hole at the bottom, so despite how quickly you attempt to eat your ice cream, it will inevitably make a mess when it leaks out on you, so be careful if you're wearing your fancy pants!
A plus that they offer complimentary Kirkland Lactase pills!
A negative that they don't offer any dairy-free desserts. My husband isn't lactose-intolerant. He just can't have any dairy because it causes massive inflammation with his arthritis, so being able to have something while the rest of us enjoy our dairy laden goodies...

To start, they offer free lactaid pills AND ice cream samples of their 12 artisan flavors. I opted with the Oreo and had no regrets, especially with a scoop of their Spring Berries🍓
If you’re a tea snob like me, you’ll be pleased to see that they offer both Ceremonial Matcha (first harvest Kagoshima matcha) and Hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea) options as drinks or a sweet treat🫶🏼

Read moreSaw that this ice cream shop just opened and has some unique flavors so finally gave it a try! There was no line when I came and it was empty, but this made it easier to ask the employee for samples. The employee was friendly and offered samples from the beginning. They had lactaid at the counter which is nicr, although I didn't grab any.
I ended up getting double scoops of the taro blueberry cookie crumble (7.50) and my friend got double scoop, one of durian and other of matcha oreo. The scoops were pretty big so that was good. All the flavors are a bit on the sweeter side but still was pretty good. I just got a bit tired of my flavor since it was two scoops of the same flavor. The texture is also nice and creamy.
This is overall a good ice cream shop in the mall and I would...
