My husband and I regularly visit this place for the relaxing hot tub, and we’ve always enjoyed our time there. I often get a coffee on my way out because the whipped cream is amazing, and since I work nearby, it’s very convenient.
Today, however, was a different story. After our hot tub session, I had about 15 minutes before I needed to pick up my kids, so I decided to grab a coffee as usual. Even when it’s busy, the wait time has never been an issue—until today.
There were three employees on shift, but after two left, the remaining one seemed completely overwhelmed. She not only took care of the couple in front of me, but also prioritized several people who came in after us. She was constantly distracted, chatting and involving herself in other employees’ conversations, instead of focusing on the orders.
After waiting 15 minutes, she finally started on my coffee but gave me something I didn’t order. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed reluctant to remake it and instead kept offering the incorrect drink, even though I was clear about not having time to wait any longer. Ultimately, I left without a coffee, feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
This experience really left a bad taste about the place, especially given how much we’ve enjoyed coming here in the past. It’s a shame that a single instance of poor customer service could make me...

Read moreI have been here a few times, and each time I have checked in or spoken to the staff, I have felt extremely uncomfortable and burdening. The attitude of the people that work here is unacceptable and does not match the vibe of this place at all. It is not okay to speak to paying costumers like they are loitering and imploding on the space while checking in. The environment and overall external vibe of this business is so nice and comforting, but the staff definitely needs to be reevaluated. I went here for my birthday to have a relaxing experience. When I went into my dressing room to change back into my clothes at the end of my session, there immediately was a knock on the door, I did not answer as I was already changing and didn’t feel the need to. After I did not answer, the staff that would be cleaning up the tub area in between guests, began having loud intercourse with one another on the other side of the door. I immediately felt disgusted and horrified by the fact that I paid to be here and had to experience that on my own birthday. A lot of potential rests in this place, but I am never going back. Wish I could...
