Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Ardmore

I’ll start with leaving that this is not a review I take joy in leaving. I’m honest and attentive to everything that goes on. I’ll state first that This was a bad experience. The only employees happen to be 3 guys that are constantly yelling at each other and let me start with the one who is a “shift leader” whom doesn’t wear a hat, has long oily and greasy hair that hasn’t been washed in Quite some time, wearing very filthy clothing that hasn’t been washed in a few weeks either, has long nails with dirt under them and a bad attitude that doesn’t want to be here being obnoxiously loud. Carla jr has so much potential to set such low standards. It shows the direction that the general manager at this location clearly lacks accountability. Please pay your employees more and get better talent. You’re not a 4 star rating restaurant from my observation. The dining room needs a thorough cleaning. Please hire better!!!!! I came to this location because the one south of it had a 3.6 avg rating and I presume it’s the same DM...

We were in drive thru vehicle in front of us. My 76 yr old preacher daddy is getting money out of wallet to pay for what we were about to order there. Employee comes across parking lot with trashcan cussing him because he hasn't pulled on up yet. I roll down window asked why he's cussing at him and got cussed out myself. While lady supposedly handling situation guy shakes his head going mew mew mew mew acting childish after refusing to apologize and then half way saying sorry. Rude unprofessional does not need to be working in public. We will not be back and do not recommend Ardmore...

My husband and I dined in the first time we ate here . It was really good. But the second visit was a different front counter person. She was obnoxious in a nasty way.. she burped really loud while behind the counter and then while we were eating our food she came out to dining area and was wiping tables and just 2 tables from us she was hacking up and clearing her throat. . We were trying to eat but after that I lost my appetite.. and not to mention the food was not hot.. almost cold. And this woman looked dirty in appearance. This place needs some work done on...
