Edit: After this, the general manager reached out to me and apologized to me, and said that this would not happen again. He even offered me free food on my next visit, which I did not ever take up that offer as I was still pretty upset. Fast forward to a few months later I decided to come in. Had the same issue same managers as before on staff only thing they had to say was call corporate and won’t even take responsibility for their app not working properly. This was for a free drink reward that did not work and changed us. Within said, never mind Just refund the money as it was wasting more time. Not only did he say they couldn’t do it he didn’t even offer resolution as this was a loss, leader, product something small, like a soda could’ve saved me from having another bad experience and come here to edit. This will be my last time to ever try this location and because I did not get a good enough response. In my opinion, I won’t be visiting their other location in town either.
I had two mobile orders that were placed back to back. The reason for that is because every time we order them together everything is just thrown together, unmarked, in one bag or on one tray and we have custom orders so it is hard picking through finding food. This should not be up to the customer to have to pick through and find it especially if they are combos or customized. At the least they can be marked. On top of this issue, they messed up the order twice and my daughters still there waiting for 10 minutes, listening to non-stop complaining about someone in drive through wanting their stuff separate for the same reason I made two mobile orders. When I told the staff, my food is wrong, they got irritated, throwing in the trash and aggressively grunting saying I didn’t know you had two mobile orders as if they couldn’t see the orders right there on the screen with my name. The rudeness was completely unnecessary and in front of my daughter, which I have for the holidays is not only unforgivable, but the reason I will not ever come back to this location. After waiting in the drive through for 20 min with only 2 vehicles in front of me I got half way through my order before somebody else took over since the younger brunette there seemed frustrated with me correcting her while she input my order incorrectly on the screen . When I finally made it to the window I asked her to repeat my order. She rolled her eyes and got half way through the order and looked at me and said " do you just want your receipt" because it was too much work to read off my order apparently. I payed and as I suspected they had charged me for food I didn't order. I decided rather than make this any more frustrating for myself to just take the order as it was. I received the order and it was incorrect ( even the additional items ) . I park and go inside to have part of my order re made and not once but twice I had them re make it and it was still wrong. The older manager stood there and literally argued that it was correct while I showed her it was incorrect. ( The younger manager who was about to leave was sweet and apologized while the older night manager continued to argue the food was correct while I opened everything up and showed her it was still wrong ) This is by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to and really needs a revamp of management...
Read moreSo I went to this Taco Bell around 7:30pm. Realized it was busy and we were in the drive through. I ordered my meal for me and my boyfriend and we get home and realize they totally messed up 2 of my burritos and also I had gotten the cheesy bean and rice burrito and..... it had absolutely no cheese what so ever. The other 2 burritos I had asked for a quesorito and a fully loaded potato griller and they end up giving me this weird enchilada and a chicken chipotle griller. I had went back to the store being friendly and nice telling them what had happened and understanding it was busy, and the guy I talked to was super rude acting like they didn't do anything wrong except messing up a little bit. He genuinely seemed like he didn't care what so ever. They end up making me the new burritos and a nice young lady handed them to me and apologized. The guy who "helped" me fix the order and made them himself, proceeded to point and laugh while coworkers joined in. He remained in the back of the restaurant while the nice young lady gave me my food. I'm seriously questioning if they did anything to my food or added "special ingredients".
