I placed an online order and they never even checked their online ordering system. So the time I was given to pick up my food was 6:43pm. I go to the store at 6:45pm and my order has not even been started. We did nort get our partial order until 8:00pm. Mind you if you orderonline you have to pay online....so then I was told they were out of half the things I ordered. There were three managers on duty according to the one that was helping me. Whom which was saying that this was ridiculous. I was polite, I did not yell, nor did I cuss. I expected at least an apology for the inconvenience and a discount on my order seeing as I had to reorder and the original charge is still on my bank account, yes I had to pay twice. I placed my new order to see how they were going to handle the issue and all they said was here you go. So I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND WAS GIVEN A NUMBER THAT GOES TO A SURVEY TO WIN A FREE GIFT CARD TO A RETAILER OF YOUR CHOICE. I WAS NOT AND AM NOT HAPPY. WE WERE FEEDING 12 PEOPLE AND OF WHICH 8 WERE KIDS. THAT WERE STARVING FOR THEIR FOOD AND NOT BEING PATIENT SEEING AS I SPENT OVER AN HOUR WAITING FOR OUR FOOD. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. AS I WALKED OUT I THANKED THE YOUNG LADY THAT FINALLY GOT ME THE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE THINKING IT WAS THE CORRECT ONE. I GOT ALL THREE OF THEIR NAMES. I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS. I WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 8 YEARS AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER HANDLED THIS ISSUE SO POORLY. ALSO WHEN I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER THE CASHIER WENT TO THE BACK TO TALK TO THE OTHER MANAGER THAT WAS HELPING HER AND SAID"WE NEED SOMEONE ELSE TO GO UP FRONT SHE WANTS CORPORATES NUMBER." AND NEVER CAME BACK. WHEN I ASKED WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG THE THIRD LADY THAT WAS BUSTING HER BUTT WORKING STOPPED TO SEE WHAT THE HOLD UP WAS AND CAME BACK TO INFORM ME THAT THE OTHER TWO MANAGERS HAD GONE TO THE OFFICE AND WHERE ON THE PHONE. I WAS A MANAGER AT PIZZA HUT AND WE KNOW WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. Needless to say WE ARE NOT HAPPY. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. OH AND THE CRUST TASTED...
Read moreI placed an order by phone and was told it would be 35 minutes. I got there and the lobby was full. An hour and a half after ordering I finally got my order kind of. It was Super Bowl Sunday and the place was packed. The crowd waiting on the orders was very patient but the staff seemed to be very undertrained and overwhelmed. There were stacks of pizza in the back and instead of marking the type of pizza they opened every box over and over and over again. The lady in the back opening the boxes and attempting to put together orders was slamming stuff around, said she wanted to quit and said she did not care. She was annoyed with everyone from customers to staff but it seemed to me she was the backup. She couldn’t keep up and told them to stop baking. After everyone before me and a few after me got their orders, and they got my name at least 5 times she gave them the go ahead to make my pizza!! I said no I don’t want that one stuffed crust I’ll just take the rest if my order and go. I finally left with my order and all of it was there when I got there so making me wait an hour for cold pepperoni pizza & crazy bed also 2 orders of wings that were sitting there when I walked in seems like a complete waste of time and money. I wasn’t too concerned about the super bowel but several people were there some even in gear and missed the first part of the game. It’s Super Bowl Sunday you know you’re going to be busy, it seemed like they had enough staff wondering around yet completely unable to get pizzas out (there had to be 50 or so and she just couldn’t get it together). I would have walked if I didn’t have a little boy I promised pizza too. Maybe go during slow times. I would have not written a review but the ladies attitude was uncalled for especially when no one was being rude at all to her. She should have marked the pizzas it would have saved sooooo much time and slamming around...
Read moreI went to the ardmore location on, Wednesday, December 22, 2021. I will never ever return. First off, no one greated any customers and no communication with customers. Second off, I go into place my order at 6:03pm and get told it would be about 10 minutes for my order. Okay, no big deal, I went outside and waited. When I returned in, they acted like they had no clue what was going on. There were several people after me that had ordered pizza and got their food before I did. By this time, I'm fed up already. A lady sitting next to me had been waiting almost 40 minutes. They did not take my name for my order or anything. Then the lady in front of me finally got her food so I was like okay I'll be getting mine food. Nope I was wrong. A couple more people entered, ordered and left with food. Mean while I am just sitting and waiting. No one asked me what I had ordered or anything. Finally got fed up with it all and asked for my money back. The "manager" got an attitude with me and said, "oh my God, your order has been ready this whole time " I had asked him, why no one asked me. He ignored. So I demanded to have my money back. I told the "manager" that if he truly was the "manager" that this was the worst experience I have ever had. He was rubbing his hands together saying, "I'm sure it was." Absolutely no respect at all! I'm furious! The "manager" that was on duty, was a male, tall, curly blonde hair with a short beard. He looked like he was high on something. As a manager myself in the restaurant industry, I would never ever speak to my customers the way that guy did tonight not only to me, but several people.
