Chicken Express of Ardmore — Restaurant in Ardmore

This is by far the best Chicken Express I’ve been to! My family and I stopped here while traveling twice over the summer and both times were a great experience! The food was hot & fresh, the orders were 100% correct, the atmosphere was super friendly, and best of all- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was FABULOUS!

During our first visit, Sharon was so friendly and helpful at the front counter. I was super impressed after that visit! This time, Daniel took our order and again provided excellent customer service. He even brought our order out to me since I had a handful of sweet teas to take to the car! Both visits were spot on- which is pretty hard to find these days. Both the counter employees and the kitchen staff deserve serious kudos! And clearly the management is getting it right at this location! Keep up the great work...

I've stopped at Chicken Express/Ardmore for many years when I'm traveling in the area. Everytime I've received fresh food and good service. I stopped there last night and received the complete opposite. I spent $40 on a family meal. I had to throw half of the chicken away....the white meat. Because it was hard, crunchy, and couldn't chew it. Also bought a chicken strip meal that was old. I won't mention the condiment and utensil/napkin issue. The service wasn't acceptable either. I called and spoke to a manager about my experience. Basically was told they accommodate the locals more than the travelers. Which was to explain the no utensil/napkin issue. He never said anything nor got an apology about the old chicken which was a waste of my money and time. I concluded with never...

We have ate here many times but this particular time we had our dog with us so we ate in our car in the parking lot. $32.00 worth of food. My husband got out during the meal and went in to ask if he could refill his large drink. He was told NO you have to buy another. He said I just ordered this one, not 10 minutes ago, she said, I know but if you don't eat inside you have to pay for another drink. He said that really wasn't fair there are picnic tables outside what would be the difference? She said if you don't like it it's your choice not to come back. Wow!! They don't mind losing buisness over a $1.50. I could understand if she hadn't remembered him coming in minutes before. Also, I would totally agree with another review that the staff was...
