Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ardmore

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The pizza was good. The stuffed garlic knots were great. The staff made sure our drinks were always refilled without having to wait. That's where the good points ended. The salad bar had very little lettuce, not even enough for us both to each have a salad and it had the look of having been sitting out for awhile. The garlic knots appetizer arrived at the table at the exact same time as the pizza, not before like an appetizer is meant to be served. While waiting on our food, we observed a staff member adding more lettuce to salad bar on top of old lettuce. Did not remove the older lettuce before adding the new. Our food was slow in getting out because they screwed up an order prior to ours and that pushed all orders back. The person who I believe to be on management staff was too busy talking to a young woman at her table for over 10 minutes in stead of ensuring orders for being prepared properly. It was just before 7:00 when we place our order and just before 8:00 when food arrived. We were the only customers sitting in the dining room. We were sitted under an a.c. vent and a fan which felt like a damn freezer at that table. They had the t.v.s on but no sound coming from any. Not our first time at this place but it might be our last. The food does not negate the rest of our experience we just went...

Well. We were so excited to go as a family to eat at PH like we use to. Service was ok. Wait time was over 30+ minutes to get food. Pizza crust truly tasted like it was gluten free, very bland and not risen correctly. Absolutely zero sauce. Pizza was cool like it got to go for a ride around the block before it came to the table. Bread sticks were good but small portion for the $$. Soda in bottles reallllly? Warm not cold. Come on spring for cups and ice and soda machine We asked for S& P. She brought cheese and peppers. Never got S&P. Sadly. We won’t be back. Staff was overwhelmed and UNDERTRAINED thgh they were all busy. Orders we wrong. Saw one lady bring her boxed pizza up to counter yet she was dine in . Her order was wrong. Saw another couple just leave all together. Just truly wasn’t good. I should had just bought frozen pizza. $60 down the tubes Oh and hubs got the buffalo sandwich he said was not good at all. STEP IT UP PPL. YOUVE GOT THE $$. DONT LET A GOOD THING AND INVESTMENT GO. Sadly the pizza is good but the people are not. Will not call you and notify you they don't have a driver, then try to have you pay with a card to use door dash. I didn't order from door dash and this is unacceptable. Filed a complaint with Corporate as well as BBB. Tiffany is the one who is poorly managing this place or that's what she said her name is. if she is even the manager. managers create solutions not treat customers poorly. When someone orders food and pays excessive money for it they kind of expect the business to keep up their end of the transaction. food is not something to play with. Waiting in hunger for food is a terrible experience and this location will close like the other if they continue as such. such a shame it takes a few sorry people to ruin something. its really not that complicated.
