Jingyuan Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in Ardmore

Listen, this place embodies the slogan, "Just Say No." We came by for a late lunch on our way home from Winstar because my wife really wanted Chinese food. We walked around the buffet, and then we went to Sante Fe Cattle Company. I'm really not sure where to begin... They had been open for a couple of hours, and half of the options were not filled yet. I asked if they were in the process of filling the rest of the buffet and was told not until dinner. When I jested that the buffet should be ½ price since you're only doing it ½ full, he simply turned and walked away. When did sweet and sour chicken become a dinner only option...? There were bugs EVERYWHERE!!! I saw roaches on the walls and the buffet bars! There were so many flies in that place that there's no way they hadn't laid eggs in the food... I would not have been surprised at all to find live maggots in some of those dishes. I could say more, but I'm really not sure what the point in that would be. If you go here as soon as they open, I bet it’s really good. By the looks, and taste, of their food, I would think that they put everything out in the morning, and only replace things once they are empty. Which would be okay if they were busy, but that was not the case today. I went basic; fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, a veggie mix with potatoes. My rice was very chewy like it may have been overcooked, it definitely had been sitting there for a while. Sweet and sour chicken was alright but again, definitely had been sitting for a few hours. When you walk in it looks good place to eat but when you eat the food it ain't up it ain't so Good of food the service there can't hardly get them to waitress you as in getting refills on your drinks and rude and then they expect a tip even though they're going to charge you $45 for three people to eat on a buffet and things and then when you're not even done they are trying to rush you out the door after you being in there 10 minutes so they can keep the service in and out so to me I won't be going back to eat there and doesn't even deserve a one-star rating maybe a quarter of...
