TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL JEWLERY STORE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE WORST FAKE HE HAD EVER SEEN, FAILED ALL THE TEST FOR GOLD. I CONTACTED THE STORES "ASSISTANT MANAGER" HER NAME IS PAIGE. WHO APPARENTLY HANDLES THESE SITUATIONS BUT IS NO HELP AND GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SAYING SHE IS WAITING ON OPIONS. I DONT NEED A OPION I NEED A REFUND DUE TO FRAUD. I WILL OPEN A FRAUD CASE WITH THE ARDMORE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND BETTER BUSINESS BEURO IF NOT REFUNDED SOON... UPDATE FINALLY GOT A REFUND BUT NO THANKS TO THIS LOCATION OR PAIGE. I WAS TOLD BY HER THAT I WAS LYING AND SWITCHED THE CHAINS OUT WITH FAKE ONES BECAUSE THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE! BUT MINE STILL HAD THE ORIGINAL TAGS I BOUGHT IT WITH. AND HAS NOT HAPPEND BEFORE? Terrible store management. My 80 year old mother had to make two 60 mile round trips to get a refund on defective shoes while being treated like a criminal. And she had to call the corporate office who were not much help, and told to just go to a different store and try there. My poor mom had to print off the company policy from their website and take it to the store manager and show her the policy. The manager was rude the whole time and the other employees were apologizing for the manager’s behavior. Once the manager realized her mistake she still had the audacity to tell my poor mom, “Well, we’ll do it this time, but not ever again!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THE MANAGER DISRESPECTS THEIR ELDERS AND ARE JUST GENERALLY RUDE.

I like JCP but this one in Ardmore need a huge update,starting with the dress rooms,these need more light, better decoration,the home department need to be bigger to display their beautiful merchandise,the beauty salon have to be update too as well the bathrooms. Is a great spot but need to work on the store and the employees need to be happier and work on the customer service,in the past this store have great ladies that instructed you on the sales and discounts or suggest you about the newest things. The men department need to be more inviting to the young people and have to have better suits,shoes of any kind. There are still a huge group of people that prefer go to the stores.
