As an avid patron of Chick-fil-A locations nationwide, I hold the brand to a high standard of efficiency and customer service. Understanding that this particular Chick-fil-A in Argyle is a new establishment, I approached my experience with the benefit of the doubt. However, it is clear that this location deviates significantly from the exceptional standard set by its counterparts across the country.
The drive-through configuration is, quite frankly, inefficient and poorly executed. The design and process flow are not conducive to the seamless, expedient service for which Chick-fil-A is renowned. Despite placing a mobile order, I found the overall experience to be disorganized and confusing. The staff and management appeared unsure of how to handle the situation, further exacerbating the inefficiencies. This has been the same experience on all four of my attempts to give them another shot.
It is evident that this location lacks the operational cohesiveness that typically defines Chick-fil-A. This is particularly concerning given the company's well-established reputation for managing high traffic with precision and grace. Corporate intervention is essential to rectify these shortcomings and to align this establishment with the high standards expected of the brand. I understand the challenges that come with launching a new location, it is critical that Chick-fil-A maintains its hallmark efficiency and service quality. I sincerely hope that corporate oversight will address the operational flaws at this Argyle location to ensure a more satisfactory experience...
Read moreThis is a new location so I’m hoping to change this review. They were not ready to open. The drive-thru is a nightmare. There’s no rhyme or reason to what’s going on. Placing a mobile order doesn’t speed the process up at all. The first time we came here we ordered 3 milkshakes. It took 35 minutes to get MILKSHAKES! I sat at the front of the pickup line and watched people behind me get their food. I asked why the people behind me were getting food and the guy said “they placed simple orders. Your order takes a few more minutes.” They were milkshakes. We just went through the drive-thru for the second time and it took 30 minutes again. This time it was two kids meals and an adult meal. Same situation, I placed a mobile order and got in line. People were getting their food behind me before I had even checked it. I ended up at the front of the line again, was asked to pull forward and wait so the people behind me with their food could get out. I’m going to switch back to the location on 377 for a while and hopefully this location works out the kinks. But as it is right now, AVOID THIS LOCATION of you’re in any sort of hurry. It’s definitely not a fast food...
Read moreToday was the 4th time I went to this location and they got my 3 rd strike. 1. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A nationwide! I’ve had Chick-fil-A for more than 25 yrs in different states and gone to so many openings this place seriously needs to do a lot of work. 2. 48 mins on a mobile thru order not drive thru order is kinda eewll! 3. They forget condiments and I was given the wrong food. I don’t understand why they have employees working outside on drive thru if their not moving to get orders it’s the same amount of time through the speaker machine their just there standing and waiting compared to other places where they walk and get orders . My 1 star goes to the kitchen staff they actually deserve a 10 the only good thing about this place. Whoever is making the chicken fillet *bravo * excellent best crispy fillet no naked chicken it’s been a while I bumped to a proper Chick-fil-A sandwich so it’s definitely a pleasure to eat their perfect sandwich! Other than that it’s a bummer because I can get a meal faster at Denton and come back home at harvest the same amount of time they take to give a meal...
