Let me start by saying—my boyfriend was ready to hate this place. We’ve had some bad experiences with Mediterranean food nearby, but congratulations—you won over the toughest critic! First, the two gentlemen who helped us provided outstanding customer service, and the owner was incredibly attentive and kind. For it being the end of the night, the gyro meat was still tender and flavorful. The tzatziki was the first thing we tried, and wow—it was packed with incredible flavor. The pita also tasted fresh, like it’s made daily. We really had very little to complain about. My only suggestion would be to offer a larger hummus cup instead of two smaller ones—it just gives the appearance of more. I’m giving four stars mainly because I found it a bit pricey. That said, I’m thrilled this spot has been added to Northlake! I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Awesome job—can’t wait to try the paninis next!

Gyro and Grill Mediterranean in Northlake, Texas, is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is outstanding—authentic, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I tried the Beef Kofta Pita, and it was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time—the meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the tzatziki sauce was amazing. The hummus and falafel were also top-notch, and everything tasted so fresh and homemade. What really sets this place apart is the friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the service is fast and efficient. If you’re in the Northlake area and craving Mediterranean food, this is the spot to go. Highly recommend!!!!

WOW! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! As a local business owner (Sacred Smiles) I cannot express how incredible this place was! From the greeting, to the atmosphere, to the FOOD and most importantly how personable Biko was with his hospitality! I always want to shout out the cooks because the food they provided was made with love! Thank you! Having a positive & welcoming place that is actually nice to their customer’s and serves with joy in business is always refreshing to see! The cherry on top was their Delicious Gyro and of course I had to get the Baklava! Thank you Biko! I will be back but with our Team ❤️ 10001/100!

A storefront restaurant serving typical Gyro style food. First the bad … this place has zero personality. A little seating area. Really cold and uncomfortable. Now the good … the food here is excellent for a fast-food Greek. So, I recommend this restaurant for take out only. And since I live just five minutes away, that all works out. I had a Gyro Pita Sandwich that was filled with meat and tzatziki and fresh vegetables. Very well done. My wife had a Greek Panini and it too was large and flavorful. We shared a side of Greek Fries. That is basically french fries covered with Feta cheese and it was sooo good. We have since talked with friends who say their experience was the same, and I have heard nothing about disappointment with the food. For drinks they have a few bottled waters and soda in a fridge, and no fountain drinks. To me that is a real downside, especially for anyone eating in. However, since I can’t recommend anyone doing that, simply order food for home and supply your own drinks there. So, the conclusion is we are glad to have what should be dependable Gyro food nearby to pick up and will likely do that every...

This is a new restaurant that took over a spot that used to be a bakery shop. I will first and foremost say that the food is good even though the menu is limited. My counter arguments to eating somewhere else is because of cost and certain amenities not being available. I asked for a cup of water, which they don't have. They only have bottled drinks and no fountains for soda or water. Secondly the portions are a not generous at all. The bill was excessive at 70 dollars for 4 of us. I will say that the environment is clean and tidy, but a bit small. The staff is courteous and kind. I will close the review by saying I'm glad we have this option in Northlake and that their food is good, but I would like to see the potion sizes increase by about 10 to 15 percent and the option of water cups, not having to purchase a bottled water. I'll recommend it and only if you are in the...
