Absolutely horrible experience. Yes I’m aware they are a new business and trying to work out the kinks but gahly. First off you call to order and you talk to someone off site who can barely understand what you are saying, she messed up my order so dang bad, completely missing a whole item. Get to store to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready, which I’m not upset about, I got there early and they are busy, I get it. My order comes up, I notice there is a complete item missing and I tell the young lady and she responds with ok we can make another one. I pay for my original order, then another transaction for the missing item and then I’m informed it’ll be 25 minutes to have the other pizza ready, I get you are busy but when there is an error on y’all’s end you would think it would be smart to kinda rush the other one since the rest of my order is sittin here getting cold. Ended up leaving without the other item, the worker did offer a refund for the pizza I didn’t get, but I just told them to keep it as a donation cause I won’t be going back. 0/10 would...
Read moreGave this new Papa Johns a try for pickup and while the pizza was ready-to-go by the time I arrived, we were disappointed to find that this New York style crust Hawaiian pizza was undercooked when we got it home. The dough was mostly raw. When I responded to the Papa Johns survey with that feedback, I received an email from the franchise owner saying that all “pizzas go through the oven the same amount of time”. I'm sure that's true. However; crusts of different thickness need different cook times in the oven. The thicker New York style crust would logically take longer than the the thin crust. He did mention that Papa Johns offers a quality guarantee on every order however he failed to extend that offer to me. He emailed that I should have stated "well done” when ordering. Read moreI ordered 3 pizzas and came to pick them up 45 minutes later. He asked my name and I told him “Matt …”. He found the order for some other Matt who had just placed an order and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I told him that wasn’t acceptable and I wanted to cancel because I had ordered 45 minutes prior and showed up when it said it was ready. He then verified my name and found my actual order and asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes assuming he was just giving me a receipt for my order and was then going to get my pizzas. I stood back to wait and he told me that the receipt he gave me was for the cancellation and if I still wanted pizzas it would be another 45 minutes.
