Visited during their grand opening and have to say we were very underwhelmed. We got the rasmalia rabdi & mango-lychee twist rolls. Maybe because the staff was not properly trained yet, the rolls were falling apart and the texture was off. One of our rolls was forgotten by the staff and was just sitting at the back melting. Clearly a lot of improvement needs to be made, so hopefully they can with some time. Also, the guy taking the orders needs to be properly trained on how to speak to customers. He said that since we purchased a premium roll he would honor the bogo free offer as he didn’t want me coming back and complaining because it’s all over social media. I didn’t mention the offer nor did I ask him to honor it. If he wanted to provide this offer he should have without insulting the customer and assuming I would complain. This place was hands-down amazing. The owner was very sweet. The lounge that they set up was very amazing and relaxing, even down to the cute bell that they had to ring if you’d like their service. The actual ice cream was probably the best ice cream I have ever had. I would definitely give this a five star for sure. The decor was outstanding. The service was amazing.
