Tonight was a Saturday night and we decided to order dinner instead of cooking. We knew there was a new Wingstop right up the road, on Combs and gantzel. Instead of giving doordash our extra money we decided to order right from their website and pick up our order. So we ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and on 3 of them we selected "no pickles". We drove to the store and got our order and when we got home we found pickles on every single sandwich. If you are person that likes pickles it might be hard to understand what a huge deal this was. But my family literally hates pickles and the flavor they leave (I don't get it because I like pickles, but I know my husband and kids, and pickles are a deal breaker). So now my Saturday night is pretty messed up, I'm out the money I spent on 3 sandwiches and I have to figure out another dinner plan for my husband and kids. While doing so, I decided to notify Wingstop via the website what had happened.... A bit later, at about 8:55 pm my phone rang, and my daughter answered it. It turns out it was the "manager" of that location and she was pissed at me. She told me one of her employees admitted they messed up and didn't see the "no pickles" specification. She continued on and said that she wished I had called her instead of reporting the issue online because now her boss called her and she got in trouble. She said she knew she was "being petty" (literally her words) but next time I should come to her directly instead of giving feedback online, which is how I placed the order originally.... My family was excited about having a Wingstop right up the road, but now we will not go to or order from that location until they are under...
Read moreHaving worked in a few restaurants myself, I know the dinner rush can be tough on a restaurant but Wingstop really made us a bit upset on our last visit. My wife placed an online order through the app and said it would take about 20 minutes to get the order ready. So we made our way to Wingstop as it was being prepared. We had about 10 more minutes before the app said our order would be ready so I entered and stated the name for the order and I was told it was almost ready. So I waited… and waited… and waited. What was supposed to be a 10 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. It was a small order too, just enough for my wife and I. I even returned to the counter a second time to see if it was about done, only reassured it was “almost ready.” As I watched others come in, wait, and leave before me. One of the employees then asked me what was I waiting on, I told her the name of my order and she looked at the bags behind the counter, grabbed mine and handed it to me. REALLY? How long was it sitting there?? Why didn’t you call out the order name?? Multiple employees knew I was there waiting. Whatever, I was then given my cups, I filled my drinks, and I left. We got home, the fries were soggy, corn was quite unseasoned and bland. The wings were good thankfully. But even the Sprite didn’t have the syrup so it was just unflavored, carbonated water.

One of the worst "fast" food experiences ever. We've had Wing Stop several times and never had a problem. We ordered (2) 8 count combos. Issue 1: Took 35 minutes to recieve barely warm wings. Issue 2: Both orders of wings came out in one basket, with Hot wings touching plain wings. (I highly dislike Tabasco sauce and had to peel the skin off where it touched). Issue 3: Fries weren't seasoned and were super soggy. Issue 4: Paid $1.69 for garlic parmesan sauce that we did not receive. PLUS paid $1.69 for fry seasoning for my wings because they said they could just Sprinkle some on the plain wings like Rittenhouse does all the time - FOR FREE! Issue 5: When we walked up to get the cup of Garlic Parm sauce, the lady gave me a cup of cold parmesan cheese. My husband walked up and asked where the garlic sauce was. The older lady (we assume was the manager) tried arguing with him that she gave it to us. So she then proceeded to give another cup of COLD butter. One or two issues we could look past, but the poor customer service and cold food will not have us returning.
