The location may be fine for all I know and I think I've had their ice creams a few times but the only experience for dairy queen that I will ever remember is the time I ordered this $7+ expensive for a fast food meal but the picture showed so much delicious looking popcorn shrimp and it actually looked really good! I ordered it and when I got it, open the box and... I literally thought they gave me an empty used box a customer through away with the last few tiny pieces of popcorn chicken that fell to the bottom after they finished eating the entree I saw in the picture. Sadly I then realized there were too many crummy looking little popcorn chicken for that to have happened and was severely disappointed at both the quantity and quality of the meal. I think that's honestly the worst meal I've ever gotten or maybe the 2nd worst, a few more 2-3 pieces short and I actually would have legitly thought some careless employees were playing a rude joke on me hah. Rating is based on that one meal. I think I ordered sundaes after that once but this is all I remember every time I see this location. EDIT: after reading more 1* reviews I now remember calling them to bring it back for a refund and a female employee answered pretending to be the manager and from that point on would quickly answer the phone and hang up because I think she didn't want her manager to know. Read moreDefinitely not happy with the drive thru service we had today. I pulled into the drive thru to get my family ice cream and it was… fairly busy. It was my turn to order, however the car in front of me wasn’t pulled up enough for me to actually reach the ordering speaker. I informed the women working the drive thru that I needed to pull up a little more and she gave a verbal understanding and said to let her know when I was ready. When I pulled up, I let her know I was ready to order and got no response. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 8min with no response even after saying “hello?” And “im ready to order” multiple times. I proceeded to pull up to the window and was met with confusion because she was taking the order of the car behind me. I informed them I waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one answered so I would like to place my order. (Unfortunately pregnancy cravings wouldn’t allow me to just leave) The young man was very kind and took my order HOWEVER, the older female who was on the drive thru headset was getting huffy and puffy because SHE didn’t do HER job. Repeatedly telling the other customers on the headset to hold on cause she had wait to fulfill my order. Walk away & the other girl walk up, lock the window and when I asked are you closing early? No response or acknowledgment then proceeded to watch employees sit on the floor behind the registers and start conversating !!! So I drove around to the front door walked up to the door saw that the store was still open for 20 more minutes but the lobby was closed.
