Gema Raspados & Delights — Restaurant in Arizona

First time here and it was delicious! I had to wait for my car to be done at Discount Tire, so my kids and I walked around the little center. I had the Piña Raspado and the kids had cotton candy ice cream in a cone. The raspado was delicious with plenty of pineapple pieces and perfect amount of shaved ice. My kids loved the cotton candy ice cream and are already asking me if we can go back to try more. Employee was friendly and patient. I don’t give 5 stars for the atmosphere only because it is hot in there on hot days! The raspas are 100% authentic,delicious, and fresh. I seen a lot of reviews about them not having fresh fruit and I ordered two and they both have plenty of ice to mix plus fruit ratio! I also ordered a coctel de elote and the “corn” was white harmony which I’ve never had and I’ve had elote. I personally didn’t like that but if it had yellow or white corn i would’ve enjoyed it but maybe it’s a personal recipe! If I could give this place a zero, I would. The sad part is that its not because of the food (that is delicious) but I have been here 3 times WITHIN business hours and it has been unexpectedly closed. I’m talking 7 or 8pm (closing hours listed as 9pm on the front door) the door is locked at the sign said open! We waited for about 20 minutes ever occasion and NO ONE showed up.
